Fantastic experience all around with Mossy Infiniti of

Fantastic experience all around with Mossy Infiniti of Escondido. My wife and I leased a 2023 QX60 on Friday and the entire team there went above and beyond to ensure we found the right car for the right price. From the minute I walked in, there was zero pressure - just great customer service in working with us. Jorge is extremely impressive and he worked so hard to ensure we were happy. Ron Gibson spent extra time with us to ensure we were satisfied! We can be high maintenance customers but they continued to go above and beyond! Aaron Felker in finance got us in and out in such a short period of time. There is zero markups at this dealer and they have earned a long time customer for sure. If you are in the market for an Infinity or Nissan - you will not go wrong with this dealership and the great people there!

I purchased a used Focus in Oct 2018.

I purchased a used Focus in Oct 2018. They informed me that all safety and cleanliness was reviewed on the vehicle prior to my purchasing it. The car was a mess when I picked it up and it was dark so I could not see it very well. I informed them the next day and they offered to clean it. On my way to work the next day I was cut off and went to honk my horn which apparently was not connected either and didn't work. After having spent almost 5hrs at the dealership trying to purchase the car and being promised over and over that it was in fantastic condition, I chose to return it. They tried to argue until I informed them of all the issues. I got a full refund but will never go back. The worst experience I've ever had in buying a car.

I love Perry Infiniti. The staff are very kind, and have great customer service. The cars are beautiful I love them. My first Infiniti was a 2003 I35. And been with Perry Infiniti every since. And currently I have a 2020 Q60. Thanks so much. Great Dealership.
