Service at Kia

I called for an appt. and was given one promptly. When I arrived I was met immediately. Service was performed quickly and efficiently and for a reasonable amount. Will always come back.

I called Ken Ganley Kia to check if a few models I was

I called Ken Ganley Kia to check if a few models I was interested in were in stock, Zaid answered and was super helpful. When I arrived, the vehicles were already ready to test drive and Zaid was got everything setup to go. When it came time to buy, everyone was super efficient and helpful getting the financing prepared and I was able to drive home shortly afterwards.

Purchased a 2017 Volkswagen GTI from Ken Ganley Kia about

Purchased a 2017 Volkswagen GTI from Ken Ganley Kia about 5 months ago, they sold me the car with problems. Car was shaking and making noises. The shaking was coming from the engine obviously. It took 1 month for the car to get looked at by someone they sent me to, then my car sat on that lot for 1 week while i was struggling to find a ride to work. I then got upset and asked Ken Ganley kia why it was taking so long. They told me that the other dealership was having staffing issues. Why would they send me to a dealership that can’t service my car when i had an appointment? Not to mention that dealership they sent me to was a VW dealer, so they specialized in my car. All they did was diagnose my car. They told me it was something to do with my timing chain or engine and possibly my engine mount. They then sent me to another shop that worked on german cars. Never gave me a receipt or anything that showed they worked on my car there. They put in a new engine mount. That was never the problem because a week after the part was installed my car was still shaking and making noise. Now i contacted the dealership and told them my car broke down and my engine will not start. I get power to evething so it’s something with the engine or transmission. They won’t do anything cause my warranty is apparently expired but they are the ones who took forever to get my car actually fixed. I’m very disappointed in ken ganley volkswagen dealership.

10/10. Five stars.

Came in looking for a Seltos, but the location was fresh out. Eric showed me some other options, but took the time with me to make sure I had possible ways to go before I left, and that meant a lot to me. Eric texted me a few days later to say they had gotten in a 2024 Seltos, and I came up for a test drive. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful that I felt comfortable giving them my business. Long story short, I leased the 2024 he got in touch about and love it to so far. I?ll be back!
