I helped my mom purchase a used vehicle a few weeks back and then I started exploring upgrading my own so I have talked to and visited a myriad car dealers over the past several weeks. There have been horror experiences and some meh experiences, but this one was something else entirely and made me believe that there is still light out there. I am beyond impressed with the quality of cars this dealer has, the immaculate condition they are all brought to inside and out before being offered for purchase, and most of all the incredible team of salespeople and finance people who supported my quest. Starting with the salesperson, Jeremy, who appeared to know every - and I mean every - single feature and detail about every single make and model car we drove, something rare. In addition, he was the first salesperson to actually listen to me and identify my priorities and wants and to dial in into the exact vehicle for me, surprising and delighting me. I went in to test drive an Alfa Romeo Stelvio but felt it wasn't for me, so Jeremy suggested we drive a couple of others (such as the Land Rover Discovery Sport) in the same or similar class and each subsequent vehicle kept honing in on the perfect match until we did find it - a Mercedes-Benz CLA. Throughout the process, he listened to everything I said and that helped him continue to refine the process until we found that perfect car for me. The sales manager, Hesmi, was another breath of fresh air. A true car enthusiast (as well as Jeremy), he took his time to sit down in the Alfa with me and to walk me through all aspects of owning an Alfa from the perspective of an actual owner. He genuinely did everything in his power to dial in the deal to where the cost and the perks of the deal made a compelling package. Finally, the finance manager, Justyna, completed the happy trio by being very clear about the terms of the deal, working tirelessly to get me approved (no small feat) and to protect the new purchase with an extended car warranty at an amazing price for many years of coverage. At all times, I did not feel pressured or rushed but instead felt we were all working together as a team towards the same goal - defining it, refining it, preparing for it and executing it. I know that for my next purchase this is the first place - and I hope the last place - I will visit again to secure my next vehicle. I can highly recommend that you start here as well. :-)

Went in to look at a 2023 outlander.
Went in to look at a 2023 outlander. Told them them I liked it. But wasn't in my price range monthly payment wise. As i already checked prior with a credit union i planned on using for 72 month payment.They said to let them run my credit to see what they could do at 84 months. Told them OK but I ONLY wanted it ran through that credit union. They went on to run it through 4 completely different credit lenders none of them were the credit union I had asked for. They asked if I was going to trade in my current vehicle I told them possibly. They offered me less then scrap price. Told them I rather keep it at that price then got upset about the decision and asked why and I said I could get more from a private sale snd they laughed and said sure I doubt it but go head. They came back with intrest rates and a monthly payment way higher then I was given at the credit union I had chosen. Told them that I am a single father and im trying to plan for the what ifs down the road and that I couldn't confidently make that high of a payment. They replied with if I wanted to call myself a good father I wouldn't be driving my child in that car. Im surprised it made it up here let alone if it makes it out of the parking lot. While being called a bad father and making threats to jack the price up 2000 if i came back for it a different day.I told them multiple times I didn't want to make the deal and wanted my keys to my car and told them I live a hour and a half away and had to be up at 4am for work. Took them 30 minutes give them back and I didnt leave the dealership until almost 10pm. The manager at there sister dealership reached out about my experience and I told them what happened. They personally called me and apologized and said that should of never had happened. Jidd then reached out I assumed to make things right. Told them I know they sold the 2023. So I said I know for the 2023 we were at 390 a month for 84 months at 6.64% intrest. If I put 3000 down instead of the 1000 I was originally put down were would I be payment wise for a 2024 they had for sale.They said they will see what they can do. Just before getting off work I get 2 notifications from my credit monitoring apps that they ran my credit with out my approval. Then called and said great news we got you at 342 a month payments and we will give you 1000 for your trade in. Asked about the apr and wouldn't give it to me. I made the hour and a half drive to potentially buy the vehicle. Asked about the apr again and was told the manager was still working out the details. Told them I would do it. What was the apr? Still no answer. They hand me the paper work with no apr on it. Then I noticed everything else the 1000 trade value they promised went from 1000 to 600 and the loan term had went from 84 months to 96. Said something about and they kept shoving the paper to me to sign. Told them not until I know the apr. Which ended up being 7.65% told them this isn't the deal I thought I was making and unless they would drop the price of the vehicle to match price of another dealership which had the same year vehicle same miles and trim level. Im walking out they said no so I told them give me my keys to my vehicle now so I could leave. Instead they pulled around another vehicle with 15000 more miles and ran my credit again without out my approval. It is ILLEGAL to run someone's credit with out there permission. Took them 20 minutes this time to give me my keys. After I made it home there sister dealership reached out again and I told them what happened this 2nd visit. And all they had to say was sorry things didnt work out your way. Like everything that transpired was OK. So I told them I would be filling complaints with the cfpb, etc, as well as contacting a lawyer. Breaking the law by running someone's credit a half a dozen times with out there permission and holding them hostage my refusing to return there keys for almost a hour is not ok.

Work performed prices extremely high, In comparison with
Work performed prices extremely high, In comparison with Countryside Mitsubishi. They would get more business if prices were more reasonable and they keep their staff more consistent, to much changeover. When they have a really good crew, they're soon gone. Frustrating dealing with new service managers and writers every other time I go there.
