Wasn't sure exactly what kind of car I wanted when I was
Wasn't sure exactly what kind of car I wanted when I was looking. I thought I would check out the new Mazda SUVs I see all over the road. My salesman was able to get me into a cx30, and I love it! The whole process was easier than I thought. I'll definitely be a returning customer for a new car or for service.

Jim Shorkey Mazda in Gainesville Georgia is a top rate Dealership.The Staff are genuine.Very helpful and pleasant.Faith was very nice and very professional and found ways to cut a deal,that I could afford.Even during the paperwork process,She stayed right with me,and talked with me,just like a Family member, that knew me for years.The members of the Staff came and introduced theirselves,and made me feel very welcome.I highly recommend this dealership.

Ask Questions ever if it is a new car (Repairs)
I love my car, however the day of purchase was long and drawn out, in other words it was brutal, it took half of the day and the deal was negotiated over the phone (I was paying cash)I had traveled to purchase the car. Also after returning home after a few days I noticed a oil leak in my drive way so I checked the oil in my new NEW car and it was out of oil, I later learned that it had been damaged in transport and the oil pan was repaired, however not properly and this info was never disclosed to me! Sales guy Guillermo was very nice. Carfax did not show the oil pan repair.

Experience was ok, but not great…
I had communicated with this dealer through the internet and phone trying to locate a CX50 with the preferred exterior and interior color. Being hard to locate and under a time constraint to replace my Jeep, I decided on a CX5 that was in stock, a top of the line Signature. I asked them to hold the down payment check until funds cleared on the sale of my Jeep. While they agreed, this was apparently not communicated to finance as my check was cashed the date after delivery. It all worked out but I had to rush to assure the funds were available. Upon delivery and returning home, I found that the CX5 was not sufficiently detailed with shipping film adhesive on the top which I needed to polish off. I was also disappointed that there was no cargo mat nor all weather floor mats included with a top of the line model purchase. All in all, the experience with this dealer was average at best. Not planning to return there for service.
