Very pleased with the service. After 3 attempts to get our Jeep fixed at a different service center, Ed Morse Service diagnosed the problem, found, and installed the correct part alleviating the issue.

Friendly staff.
Friendly staff. Technicians need to be trained to inflate tires to proper pressure. I shouldn’t need to have them check the pressure after I pay. It’s not the first time this happened.

Not a bad place to work with. I do feel there where a few things they said they would do but did’t. Through in new floor mats, did not get them. Changed the price of monthly payment after we had the car over the week.
