I bought my Silverado in January.

I bought my Silverado in January. The sales staff was very friendly and everything went smoothly. They sold me an extended warranty which I thought covered all the major components of the vehicle and everything seemed fine. 2 months and 1300 miles later when the weather gets warm and I go to turn on the air conditioning, it blows warm. I call them up and they tell me to bring it into their service center to check it out. It turns out there's leaks and there's no freon in the system. They put together an estimate and send it to the warranty company, only to turn around and let me know that the warranty was for powertrain only and it doesn't include the air conditioning. They offered to do the repair for the $800 and some dollar estimate because they obviously don't stand behind the vehicles that they sell. If I were you, I wouldn't buy here. I found out the hard way that Burns will burn you!

Be careful what you buy.

Be careful what you buy.!! Less than a month and I need a 9,000 dollar Engine..I live in Maryland and bought the TrailBlazer SS site unseen. That was my first mistake. I was convinced I was getting a nice Suv.I was told it was a great vehicle and had no problems..yeah right... I traded a super nice Dodge Challenger RT and got a piece of junk. Lesson learned on buying from an out of state dealer. By the way no one has offered to help me out.

Ask for Brady!

We came from out of state to look at a specific vehicle that was listed on their website. Our representative answered every question in detail and went out of his way to provide additional information that would be helpful. We were still apprehensive about driving all that distance to only be dissatisfied in the end to find the vehicle was not what we expected. I can’t say thank you enough to Brady for assisting us like he did. There were no surprises and it was exactly as he presented it to be. Thanks again for making this a wonderful purchase.

Smoothest process. Great people

Brady was a fantastic sales person. Made the process super easy, had all the paperwork ready to go, and had the truck on a full tank. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
