Not worth the time. They will lie and say if you're interested in a car to make an appointment they will not honor it and still sell the car to someone else. Driving 3hrs out the way to see a car just to hear they sold it 35mins ago before the appointment to see the car. Also they may ask you if your buying or financing to see if they can have a better deal with someone else. Please beware do not waste your time money or energy.

Sold my daughter a ford transit cargo van told us it had
Sold my daughter a ford transit cargo van told us it had a clean carfax vechicle was clearly bonded and painted on both sides sliding cargo door has been replaced and didn't put the electric door lock or weather seal back in and they say everything worked when it was here what a joke don't buy from these guys total scam artists

“DEAN” wasn’t forthcoming with the many additional fees
“DEAN” wasn’t forthcoming with the many additional fees he tacked on and was also dishonest with the value of the vehicle we interested in. His overall customer service skills are lacking and he lost an easy sell to us due to his arrogant attitude.

Brian Bazan is very untrustworthy and dishonest.
Brian Bazan is very untrustworthy and dishonest. Wrote his name on a card as Bryan. Told me the price was negotiable, when I got inside it didn’t come down $1. Doesn’t know how to explain the Carfax, told me to read it, instead of reading it over with me. Told me it was just a scratch on the door but later found out the whole door was painted. And before purchasing the vehicle he agreed to fix 2 inconvenience, still hasn’t. Everybody else was great.

Buyer beware!! The dealer provided a vehicle that does not pass inspection. Virginia law essentially requires the dealer to provide a vehicle that pass a state inspection. Check engine light is on within 7 days of sale. I would also claim false advertising as the add clearly states "free 30 day warrenty". Dealership has chosen not to honor this stating "there is nothing I can do". Also note previous reviews stating "hidden fees". Review contract closely and look for $1900 processing fee, $1500 gap, and $4500 extended warranty. It is not discussed prior to paperwork you must notice and argue after. Spend LOTS of time reading what they want you to sign. For MD customers the vehicle is not inspected and you have to get inspection done and sent cert in order for tag. Carfax report was not provided until asked for. Manager talked down "strucrural damage". Reviewed package at home, carfax report was not provided.
