Amazing dealership, helped me get my car out the door

Amazing dealership, helped me get my car out the door when I needed it. Alton helped me on every step, all my questions, and when I was being indecisive one the car between new and used. Really felt like he was doing his best to get me the car I wanted

I have been driving Toyota for 15 years now and today I

I have been driving Toyota for 15 years now and today I had the worst experience at the dealership when I went in for my car’s scheduled maintenance. Nikati Luckey was my service advisor and he did not do anything for me. I have never waited ~3hrs for regular maintenance and the service advisor giving me zero updates. When finally finished with the service I had to wait 30mins for them to pull out my car just to see on the dashboard the “maintenance required” message still there. When I texted Nikati while waiting to see how long it will take, I received no response. When I asked Nikati where my car is, he ignored me. Later he noticed me standing to see if my car is getting pulled up, he said I swear they went to get the car. What an irresponsible response… Never will be going back to Toyota of North Austin for my future appointments.

Quick and easy to understand.

Quick and easy to understand. Usually I have my boyfriend come in so I don’t ask for the wrong things and Omar made it super easy to understand my cars needs and how to get it done. The shuttle took a little and the woman driving was not having the best day based on her demeanor but overall quick service and mostly friendly staff.

Awesome first visit for me.

Awesome first visit for me. Started off with a phone call where someone competent and polite ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I told him I need a transmission fluid exchange and he quickly quoted me a ballpark figure and he could take my car in an hour!! Done in about an hour and at the exact same price. First class and fast all the way. I will be a repeat customer 4 sure.

It's unforgettable journey!

It's unforgettable journey! I couldn't make a reservation due to urgent plans to buy a new car. However, despite their busy work, Pedro and other counsellers welcomed and gave me a kind, proficient guidance. Daniela Manager made my poor reports the best financial conditions with her ability. For me from Dallas, Austin's first experience will be unforgettable in my life. Thank you all!!

Hit or miss.

Hit or miss. Lots of employees standing around goofing off apparently just there to find out which customer service rep gets which car. Other than that it doesn’t seem like they do anything else. Customer service reps seem stretched thin, just trying to get people in and out, not a whole lot of customer service going on. Guy who “helped” me didn’t hand me my keys, thank me for coming, or say goodbye. I waited for my keys until someone pointed out that they’re already in the car. Ok, guess that’s my sign to go. Also the “Quiet waiting room” isn’t quiet most of the time. Loud kids, people listening to music on their phone speakers, etc. Both waiting rooms are run-down and depressing. Have gone to North Toyota in the past, have had similar experiences, with one or two reps who actually seem like they care and don’t hate their jobs.
