Usual maintenance, outstanding customer service

I had my usual oil and filter change scheduled for this visit, and KP Kirkpatrick coordinated that plus a very needed seals and rings replacement which I had forgotten about. I was in and out in great time, even with the other maintenance item. KP is always on top of the things I need to service on my car, even when I'm not. Thanks to Charles Maund Service Department and thanks to KP Kirkpatrick for a great experience, as always!

Excellent Service, All Around

Excellent Recommendation from Service Adviser and Service by Technicians. Mr. Culpepper insisted I bring my Tundra in for the service I needed before warranty expiration. Charles Maund honored Toyota's warranty up to the very last day and many times before. Service was quick and clean. The parts guy was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Lance, AJC
