Excellent Sales Consultant

I had the best Sales Consultant, Shannon A. Brady! Mr. Brady went out of his way to help me with all the options that were available for my new 2018 4Runner Limited. He kept me informed on the status of my SUV up to the final delivery! His expertise and professionalism was evident when he greeted me with the up most respect. Application process was a breeze, he was articulate and organized. He also gave me his business card and his service assistants name and cards and placed them inside my SUV Manual. He also had a folder with my name and the process was easy. Mr. Brady went over all the details of my new 4Runner and I thanked him for all he did for me. In return, he thanked me for my business with a smile! PS: I finally found an excellent Sales Consultant and will be coming back!

Transparent Service!

Walter was exceptional in taking care of my warranty repair. Was clear on setting the expectation and also had my car vacuumed and washed for pickup. I didn’t even buy my car through Charles Maund and felt like I should have! Thank you Walter!

the maintenance was fast

I came 10 minutes late at 7:10 am. Someone came right away to get the car. He was nice and helpful. The maintenance was fast so I didn't get caught in traffic.
