Their service department was on top of the items that I added and were friendly and easy to work with. Typically a car buying experience is painful. I personally hate it. JB burrows at Larry H Miller Toyota was amazing! He treated my wife and I with the utmost respect after the fact I had been given the "run around" at 4 different dealerships due to bad credit. We had the easiest and best time with this time being the 2nd time of buying a car. Got us in & and out on Christmas eve. Loved how easy it was and how direct and straight forward J.B. was and made it all. And really loved that they put all of the paperwork on a flash drive and we even got Carrot cake in the end. I don't even eat carrot cake but dammit we got some. With other dealerships we got the run around, a headache, and denied. But here we got a flash drive, a bow and carrot cake. Loved it.
