About our dealership

We have been family-owned for over 90 years (a 4th-generation dealer!) and cousins Nick and Steph run daily operations and they really care about doing things right for our customers. Although we're in PORT ORCHARD, we're really more of a small-town dealer with many repeat customers. Nick says, "We have the inventory so you'll find what you're looking for." We offer a 2-year Parts & Service warranty and Lifetime oil changes. This is part of the Gilchrist Lifetime Advantage Program for new vehicle purchases and all General Motors pre-owned vehicles that are current year or the past 2 model years.

Lof and rotate were done in a reasonable time.

I recently had an outstanding experience buying a new Tahoe at Gilchrist Chevrolet. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I felt welcomed and at ease. The salesperson, Brendan Hopkins, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. The selection of cars was impressive, and Brendan helped me narrow down my options based on my preferences and budget. He answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. When it came time to discuss purchasing, the process was smooth and transparent. Brendan and his manager explained all the options clearly and helped me secure a great deal. What really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the entire process. The Tahoe was perfectly detailed when I picked it up, and Brendan took his time walking me through all the features before I drove off the lot. Overall, buying a vehicle at Gilchrist Chevrolet was a pleasure. The staff was professional, the process was efficient, and I drove away feeling confident and excited about my new purchase. Everything is great except there's some type of over

Everything is great except there's some type of over spray on the passenger side of the new equinox 2025. Could not see it the day of the purchase because of the bright sun. Maybe the dealership can buff out while applying the ceramic coating. Thank you
