Installer of bed cover lacked experience, installed

Installer of bed cover lacked experience, installed improperly and had to redo and left me 4 hrs waiting when I was told up to 2 hrs.

The did a good job, only think I would change is when I say I don't want the extended warranty please stop talking about. I purchased 4 cars when it was Grey and once I said no warranty that was it we moved on.

It's somewhat annoying to walk into service and stand for

It's somewhat annoying to walk into service and stand for several minutes while one employee sits behind the counter working at what appears to be a snail's pace. After finally being acknowledged the same employee takes my keys but before going out to get my mileage, etc., he takes a quick stop to b.s. with another employee in the adjoining office. That guy (not the one who helped me) is complaining about a customer's vehicle and dropping f-bombs left and right, easily audible to the service office. Very unprofessional. I'm glad I did not have my kids with me. So my 8:00 appointment ended up taking about 30 minutes just to drop off the vehicle for an oil change. Not the best environment for your customers in my humble opinion. You asked.

Sue was the only one who acknowledged my presence after

Sue was the only one who acknowledged my presence after walking into the service department and waiting for at least three minutes while two men sat at their desks without greeting me in any way, shape or form. I found that very disrespectful. I took a star away from her service because she didn't even bother to tell me what concerns there were for my vehicle- she just gave me the paper to figure it out for myself. I'm in the market for a new car and this will probably not be the dealership I choose to buy a car from. Disappointed.
