If there was a -1 rating, I would give it to this dealership. I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from this dealership in July 2022. The vehicle started having issues with overconsumption of engine oil from month 3. After spending thousands of dollars to fix this perpetual problem (at this dealership and another), i was informed that the engine needs replacement (costs estimated at over $9000). This is unacceptable. I brought in the vehicle for this issue to be rectified...again... and the service team only changed the oil and requested that i drive it another 1000miles (further damage to a damaged vehicle with mechanical warranty on it). I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle unless you bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle you are purchasing.

Nick from sales made learning about my car exciting. Howard in finance ensured everything was explained in detail and was very thorough. This was the worst car-buying and service experience we

This was the worst car-buying and service experience we have ever had. The sales representative made statements with respect to the operation and functionality of the RSE that were absolutely inaccurate and untrue. They lost (or trashed) our license plate holder when replacing it with their dealership one. We purchased the rear set entertainment system (RSE) and then it took weeks of phone calls to actually get it installed. Communication has been consistently terrible. Emails go unanswered; calls that are supposed to be returned are not. On at least two (maybe three?) different occasions the RSE was supposed to have been ordered and then we’d call to make an appointment for installation only to find out that it had never even been ordered.

Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! The old bait and switch occurred on a used car I was very interested in purchasing. I was quoted a price of $9800 on a trade-in they received on Wednesday. I go into the dealership today (Friday) to do a test drive and look it over. When I asked for the out the door price and after waiting too long, I was given a sheet that had the car priced at nearly $14k. I said "no way", so the salesman went back to the manager (Shereen) and they reduced it slightly, but there was no way I was paying over $17k for a trade-in vehicle that was quoted to me at $9800. And that's after both the salesman and manager said "they'd take care of me" after purchasing 8 vehicles from them (7 brand new and 1 used - all of them through a salesman I trusted who retired earlier this year). The reason I'm in the market is because the used car I bought from them 9 months ago blew the engine. I will never go back to the dealership - what a waste of time! Very very dissatisfied.

Don’t even bother even stepping by this dealership.

Don’t even bother even stepping by this dealership. For a couple who was purchasing their first new car, we had the worst experience thanks to Ourisman of Fairfax. There’s no need to explain the situation other than that they sold us a brand new car that had a manufactory defect and continue to leave us without any updates and gave promises that they couldn’t keep. And then when we confronted them, they gave us the worst amount of professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE!

Don't get service done here!

Don't get service done here! Dropped my car off for service problems early on a Saturday and after having my car for hours they called to tell me the repair and the costs and that they were NOW CLOSED and that I could pick up my car after a 3-DAY WEEKEND. Zero communication for hours and then this. Nope. Never again. Got a second opinion on the repair costs which were way less and some of the "issues" noted were not even a talking point on the second opinion I got. Skip this place.

If only he listened.

I drove close to an hour to go to this dealership because they had the model I wanted in stock. My salesman Marcel started to lose patience after I wanted to sit in the car and discuss my options with my husband over the phone. To get a better idea of financing options from the dealership I asked him to do a soft credit pull so we could run some numbers. When negotiations started to go sour, I knew it was better for me to preorder the color I wanted for the asking price. Later that day I received several emails that my hard credit was pulled despite me requesting the opposite several times. If you go to this dealership, stay away from this particular salesman.

They illegally use "Bait and Switch" tactics, advertising

They illegally use "Bait and Switch" tactics, advertising a price BELOW the MSRP and then at the point of sale, tacking on a "market adjustment fee" that is almost 15% the value of the car. The salesman tried to tell me that my wife had discussed the fee with him and actually showed me a fabricated text message he claimed was from her. She immediately sent a screenshot of the exchange, proving it was fake. They are a sleazy business. Beware!

We drove around the area looking at used cars and landed

We drove around the area looking at used cars and landed here. The building was a xxxx hole pardon my language. I felt like I was making a illegal purchase because everyone was acting real shady. My son, unfortunately fell in love with a car they had. I told them i had financing and they insisted I fill out a form that they use for filing customer information. I should have known better when it asked for my social and income information. My husband reiterated with them that we wanted to use the financing we had. Well shortly after our purchase I learned they ran our credit again. They didnt put the registration in the car as they said and I had to email them for that. Now our temp tags are dead and we have yet to see the new tags come in. Nothing but a headache. I have to say I personally liked our sales man and i hope, especially being a vet he sees his value and find a more respectable place to work.
