Paul always takes care of me. He gives me a heads up on items in a respectful way and never pushes when I tell him thanks and we'll take a look at it.

Got me in and out fast so I could make it to work on time!

They listened when I told them I needed to be out of there at a certain time and they actually got me out sooner so I could make it to work on time!

Loyal Customer

I've purchased a car and had it serviced at Liberty. First off, I love my Toyota Sequoia - 155,000 miles and still going strong. I bought it 8 years ago at Liberty. The buying experience was easy and no pressure. We negotiated and I got what I wanted. As for the service center - my favorite. There's never any upselling or pushing to do things. The service guys give you a heads up that certain things will need to be done in the next month or two. They key in on the things that need to be done immediately and they help you work out a plan to get your car back in shape - a plan that meets your budget but also your safety. You go often enough, they know you by name.

James Majors.... very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable

I initially talked with James Majors about my intent to buy a r4unner. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and helpful in explaining the various available options. When I found the exact truck I wanted elsewhere, I bought it, but I would have liked to have given James my business and recommend him.
