I've purchased a car and had it serviced at Liberty. First off, I love my Toyota Sequoia - 155,000 miles and still going strong. I bought it 8 years ago at Liberty. The buying experience was easy and no pressure. We negotiated and I got what I wanted. As for the service center - my favorite. There's never any upselling or pushing to do things. The service guys give you a heads up that certain things will need to be done in the next month or two. They key in on the things that need to be done immediately and they help you work out a plan to get your car back in shape - a plan that meets your budget but also your safety. You go often enough, they know you by name.
