Hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire team at Findlay, from the GM David Short, Dmitri, Steve to even our service detailer, and most notably our amazing sales professional, Kristen Robideaux for asking “if I’ve been greeted”?, could not have gone more “Above and beyond” when defining the “customer service experience” 5 stars are not enough for this exceptional service and experience. Coming into a dealer without an appointment just to inquire about a car and being received by a smile and a nice kind individual is priceless. Kristen sat down with me and asked several questions to try an assist me in making a decision about the best car for my lifestyle. She clearly explained why options were not good and why she thought I should discard them, without being "pushy" (very much appreciated), until we were able to narrow the option to a single one, fortunately the car was available and we were able to proveed with ease. She was very supportive, each time she had to leave the desk she explained why and what to expect, always being respectful and professional while adding a bit a nice humor to it all. I felt she has the right balance between the dealer and myself putting both at the same level and making the right suggestions and offering the right things. I would have no doubts in recommending friends to visit the dealer and specially discuss their issues with her. Buying a car is not an everyday thing, but when the time comes I would have no doubts of coming to toyota and asking Kristen to assist me.
