Obviously doesn't care about the cars being sold at his dealership or the people he has working for him when they become abusive to customers. I tried contacting this man on several occasions and have never received as much a return email, much less a phone call. Can't leave a message because his voicemail box is full and he is never in the office according to his staff.

Kirk apparently has no desire to be a manager. If you have a problem, it's not his. It's the salesman's problem. Had a rough interaction with him after a car sold by the dealership was a lemon. I was told rather than helping me as another employee tried to, he would have told me to go screw myself (or rather he yelled this at me in front of a full lobby of customers). This came after several phone calls where he blatantly lied to me regarding the assistance he was trying to offer. Said there was not a recall on my vehicle, but there was and now the car manufacturer is taking care of me. Not the kind of manager I would want or would ever be. Obviously doesn't take pride in his dealership and the work that his company does.

He was knowledgeable & honest in answering all of our questions. The financing process went very easily & smoothly- only took a few hours to complete the entire purchase. Thanks to Noah, we found the perfect vehicle for our family, and couldn't be happier with our overall experience.
