Five stars is not enough!

Five stars is not enough! We just purchased a new Challenger, what an amazing experience. We live out of the area, so wanted information on their inventory and pricing. Guess what, great price right off the bat, no hassles or misleading dealer tricks. When we got to the dealership to pick up the car, the "out the door price" was to the penny that they quoted us.There was some light damage that they took care of and made the car perfect for us, no questions asked. Every person at this dealership is super friendly and professional. I would like to give special thanks to AL Peterson, he came in on his day off to make sure the repairs were done to a level of total perfection. If you are thinking about buying a new or used car, you will be making a big mistake if you don't contact this dealership first.

I bought my Jeep theee months ago.

I bought my Jeep theee months ago. There was cosmetic issues with the vehicle. I brought it in to be fixed and it came out with more damage than it had prior to bringing it in. I left messages with the store manager and sales manager and never received a call back. I have been trying to resolve the issues with another employee and feel I am being jerked around. I am very disappointed with the customer service and how this is being handled. The worst car buying experience I have ever had.

The service was terrible.

The service was terrible. We dropped the Jeep off at 7:30 for a chipped windshield repair. It was supposed to be completed by 11 am. I started calling at 1:00 pm. I never got a hold of anyone. I went to pick up up the Jeep before they closed at 6. I have had chips repaired before and you cannot even tell they happened. This one is still a big eye sore.

Best experience buying a vehicle yet. No hassle no harassment or pressure. Simply explained what I was looking for and the 215 desert store team got it for me and got me out the door within 2 hours !

Nice people, no high pressure sales tactics. Willing to work with me on price and met me where I wanted to be. I would buy here again in a heart beat! My salesman, Joseph Serrano, was excellent!
