I tried scheduling an appointment 3 times by phone and was transferred to the service center and had to leave a message. No one ever called back over a 3 week period. I eventually just made the appointment on line in order to get in. You need to work on this aspect. I was thinking of going to fort Collins instead

Efficient and effective, in and out with very little waiting, nice place to wait, and will be back

disappointed when we arrived we were ignored for about 10 minutes? then we were told about a hour for a oil change but it was over 2 hours!

My car was completed in a timely fashion. One of my cameras wasn’t with, the technician couldn’t figure it out

Overpriced and when they mess up, they fix it but don’t make it right. Had to go back and have my transfer case redone because the tech forgot to tighten the drain plug. Did they offer anything for the inconvenience or their mistake. Just an apology. Not even an offer for percentages off the next service, which won’t happen now.

Shady business. Intentionally mishandled titling paperwork because we did not use their financing and they were unable to input our transaction into the "new system" as they would have preferred. Our case appears to be the 1 case where titling paperwork was not hand delivered to DMV as DMV confirmed typically occurs. Titling person, Skye, continued to lie and intentionally put off our paperwork. Even her supervisor lied and told us she would handle things and did not. VIN inspection not done in house as you can see on other reviews they are very capable of doing. We were not informed. Poor petty behavior from a dealership who isn't good enough to have it. The other vehicles we test drove had mechanical issues. One wouldn't even start without being jumped in the parking lot and they still tried to sell it to us as an option. Prices are not that competitive either.

They have the best service department ever! Oil changes are on time as scheduled or ahead of time. Friendly and fast! My review has to be 25 words long.
