Stole My Money and Car

I purchased a car from Steven Ruiz at Luxe Motors over summer and decided to trade it back to Luxe for a less expensive vehicle a couple months later. I did have to pay $4000 extra but I understand a car dealership has to make money. My new vehicle was delivered and upon delivery it had multiple defects and wasn’t even drivable. The dealership did send a tow truck to pick up the car and they had it for over a month working on it. Once we thought the repairs were completed, I picked it up to find there was more issues. After another month, and the issues were still not fixed. I asked Luxe if we could just return the vehicle, and they agreed. I thought that was very nice of them. They agreed in writing to except the vehicle back that was still at the dealership being worked on and return what I paid for the vehicle, $54,000. I came and got my belongings out of the vehicle and a couple days later I was given $30,000. I was promised to get given the other $24,000 a few days later. It has now been over a month and I have been promised over 10 different days that I would have the money wire transfer to my account. Luxe has now stopped responding to my phone calls and voice messages. I even went to the dealership and the home of the owner and he called the police on me claiming harassment. He did tell the police that he was going to pay me my $24,000 on Tuesday/yesterday but that date has gone come and gone as well. I officially now have to sue Luxe motors and get law-enforcement involved just to get the money they owe me. I would stay away from this dealership as they seem to be great at the beginning but now have stolen $24,000 for me. One of the cars that is currently for sale, is still half my car. This is unbelievable a dealership thinks they can do this and get away with it. The local police and state police are now getting involved along with my law firm. BTW, 99% of our communication has been in text messages so everything is documented as I have proof of all of this. If Luxe pays me without having to go to court, I will delete this review out of kindness. But this is only if I get paid very very soon.
