Service we’ll done!
2011 Sequoia with 150K. Loose heat shield over muffler was loose and rattling. It was repaired quickly and completely for about $50. Great job SUNNYSIDE TOYOTA!!

Joel and Brian Were Great
Joel Arredondo and Brian Harris were great. Joel gave me a number of different options to purchase a 2018 vehicle and thoroughly went through the different package options they have, and all the finer details like roadside assistance and in-house service options. Brian Harris was also extremely helpful. He was able to give me multiple options for financing a vehicle and helped get me an option within my budget.

Detailing
They did an excellent job. When I called to see what time the car would be ready, they told me it was ready - this was at 3:50. I arrived at 4:10 to pick my car up. The paper work was at the desk where you rent a car, but you could see that my car was still being worked on. I waited until 4:50 until I got my car. I usually don't mind waiting but I had plans to do something that I had to be at at 4:45. Needless to say I didn't get to the event. I could have made arrangements to pick my car up the next day. I called in advance to setup the appointment and dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning.

Recall fix
Service was great however I called 15 min.before closing asked for the service department to let them know I was on my way and maybe a minute or two late. I was on hold for 5-7 min. and then was disconnected. I called back immediately and received a recording that they were closed, even though it was 3 min. till closing. Fortunately when I arrived, there was someone in the bays who let me in and checked me out. This is the only trouble I have ever had with this service center.
