From the time I stepped into the dealership I felt good. After meeting Lucas and working with him it became an excellent feeling. He and the dealership were most professional but what impressed me the most was how Lucas listened and ensured we were able to see what we wanted. He made closing on the vehicle excellent as well, much time spent with us answering all questions and demonstrating features and benefits. Paying for the vehicle was seamless. We recently purchased a 2024 Palisade from Lucas Duran at Hyundai of Noblesville. We shopped at several Indianapolis area car dealerships before deciding to buy from Hyundai of Noblesville. Ultimately the decision came down to whether to buy a Kia Telluride or a Hyundai Palisade as we liked both and both are similar in that they are built on the same platform. Lucas was head and shoulders above all other dealership salespersons we met—whether the dealership was a Kia, Hyundai or other manufacturer’s dealership. Lucas identified and explained the differences between the two vehicles (and other SUVs as well) in a much more informative, substantive, and knowledgeable way than any other salesperson at any other dealership. In fact, he even explained the strengths and the weaknesses of the two vehicles, which no one else was able to do. When we decided to purchase the Palisade, Hyundai of Noblesville did not have the exact model and color combination we wanted. Lucas was also able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted at a nearby dealership and acquire it within about 24-hours. Negotiation over the vehicle price was easy, transparent and the dealership offered many “add-ons” but did not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics to sell extended warranties, etc. Delivery was a breeze and Lucas spent a significant amount of time at delivery explaining functions and providing an overview of the many bells and whistles on the Palisade—there are many. We have purchased other vehicles from Hyundai of Noblesville when it was Terry Lee Hyundai but had never purchased from Lucas before. We enthusiastically recommend Hyundai of Noblesville and Lucas Duran if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

We were apprehensive about going into the dealership following our last experience when we leased a Tucson from a different Hyundai dealership. However, the lease on the Tucson was scheduled to expire in May so we wanted to see what we were facing. We were greeted by Bryan Finney who became our salesman. He was thorough asking questions to insure he gave us our best options. While our financial situation made it difficult to come to a decision we were eventually able to find the perfect truck and financial terms for us. Bryan was awesome to work with. Not once did we feel he was pressuring us and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. A member of management, Joe Nolan joined to thank us for coming in and to see if he could be additional help. He offered a couple of options for us to consider, one option that was very appealing to us. It actually ended up being the deal that we made. From there we are taken to meet with Stephanie Flanagan. She took us through some options available to us as well as the financial paperwork. She was very informative and helpful. No pressure to purchase extended warranty products. This experience was 100% different than the negative experiences we had at the previous dealership. Bryan was a real pleasure to work with. I would fully endorse him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Hyundai product or a pre-owned vehicle in the Niblesville/Hamilton County area.
