I tried to work with them via online KBB offer to sell a
I tried to work with them via online KBB offer to sell a vehicle. I filled out online offer. Dealer reached out to me and scheduled appointment. Once I got to dealer, Collin Walters was arrogant and dismissive. They offered less money and accused me of lying on the online forms. I did not lie on the forms and I was always honest. I had received higher offers from online and they indicated that they would be willing to work with me. I was not upset about the offers so much as the accusations. The arrogance of Mr. Walters was not required. I have been trying to give Serra a chance, but since they took over Tom Holzer the quality of service has been gone way down hill. If they are not interested in my vehicle I am fine, just treat people with respect.

I made an appt for a warranty item over a week in
I made an appt for a warranty item over a week in advance. When I arrived I was met with a blank stare and the repair had to be approved and was then informed it would take all day due to volume of work they had taken in. Why make an early appointment then? After sitting there all day waiting I texted my service writer Brendan Lackey for an update and received no answer. About 3 o’clock I walked back to check on the status and after checking with the tech was informed they had to order the part and would not be able to do the repair that day. They let me sit all day with no update which was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I won’t be going back.

After speaking and emailing with Andrew over the phone and through email I felt he truly did want to make this right. The part was ordered and a new appt was set. I arrived at 8:30am and the work was done and I was leaving by 10:30am. I appreciated the commitment to make things right.
