They do not know what customer service is, most

They do not know what customer service is, most definitely, Jeremy the manager does not. Made us wait over 2 hrs on him and he never showed. My husband called the next day to make an appointment but at this point everything should have been handled while we were there- or at least the courtesy to follow up yourself with the customer, we had to call him the next day... I will never be back here. They don’t take your word yet you have to take theirs with no proof. They lost a 10 YEAR customer. I would definitely take your vehicle elsewhere, I’m sure you’ll get better work and service maintenance anywhere else simply because you do not matter to them even if the car is under their warranty.

Great sales & service experience at Shorkey Nissan.

Great sales & service experience at Shorkey Nissan. We have owned multiple Nissans from many dealers, but have had the best experience at Shorkey with Rain (forgive my spelling error) and Joy. Will definitely be back

My 2016 Altima had the CVT transmission fail under the

My 2016 Altima had the CVT transmission fail under the extended Nissan transmission warranty. 36 days after having it towed for repair I finally got it back! So many lies and unreturned calls! Stay away, stay away!

I have had a part for my air bags on order for several

I have had a part for my air bags on order for several months. I called again today to check if the parts ever came into make the repair. I was put on hold, but no one ever came back with an answer. I called again and the call was rejected. This effort to get my air bags repaired has gone on since this last February. Do not use this dealership if you want customer service.

This place is terrible.

This place is terrible. They make you pay $1995 for a protection plan that you do not want and have no option of taking it off. Why would you put a protection plan for seats and in/ext protection plan on a used 39k mile car and make someone pay that when they do not want it? I have spoken to the manager Fred and he was no help and said it was based on a month-to-month basis that they can't and will not do anything. Some cars have the protection, and some do not and now a month later now it's an option if you want the protection plan. That doesn't make sense of how it changes month to month on a protection plan that isn't optional to the buyer. They will not answer the phones and will not call you back. I have called multiple times more then 10 and still no answer or response. Interesting story is that Casey Harper said that the protection plan is optional and Fred George the manager said it was not optional, and he will not do anything to help. They do not want to keep customers around for future business all they want is the quick money and to screw over the next one. AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. They can fix the problem and never will because they don't care about you only your money. This isn't the first time this has been state on complaints from them either.

Raine was the best, we left a car dealership and then

Raine was the best, we left a car dealership and then stopped and met Raine and what a difference, she was amazing. Took time and did everything she said she would and to be honest I didn’t think she could make the deal we wanted but to her credit she was able to do it and we bought our car and are very pleased!!!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Be forewarned that they add $2000 to their advertised price for a bunch of junk stuff like, cupholder liners, "fabric protection" and nitrogen air in tires. Their sales staff is rude and defensive when respectfully questioned about these fees. Misleading advertising, junk fees and bad attitude. Avoid this scam dealer at all costs.
