Stopped by to check out what looked like a great deal on

Stopped by to check out what looked like a great deal on their website, was greeted by Gerson Torres who started assisting me in the test drive and ultimate sale and worked with Gustavo Cisneros who assisted too. Both were very helpful, professional and very pleasant to work with. They honored their price and I drove away with an amazing price. I am very impressed with Cavender. Would certainly go back as they play fair.

Called service to inquire about price of oil and filter

Called service to inquire about price of oil and filter service. Was transferred 3 times to different people. Never was given a price so I hung off after being told some one would give me a call!

COMPLIMENTS: I don't know if I am sending this to the

COMPLIMENTS: I don't know if I am sending this to the correct place but I need to said this:Please foward to Manager or whoever is in charge I just want to say , Your service is the best. I've had previous great experinece with my RV last year. This last visit last week so just a great!! Elizabeth Mejia took care of me. The video you sent me showing inspection and cause of proble was outstanding . I show it to collegues !! I had truck in at local dealer , 1st they charged me for something related to what was fixed in Cavender and under warranty but I was charged $500. I dont know why but I couldn't take truck from dealer with out paying . They made up reasons of animal biting harnes , then something else , then they could find proble of pre collission light on for over 10 days. I told them I was going to take to Cavender , they said "OK" Well thank god I did . Very couteous , professional , down to the point of problem in a matter of time ( hours) Part wass replaced and wal-la problem resolved. I am very happy with service from Cavender and honestly would not take my truck anywhere else . SHOUT out to service dept. , Ms Elizabeth Mejis and all crew. Everyone was VERY helpful kind ad pick up was easy . All under warranty VERY BAD SERVICE IN LAREDO -- ONLY BECAUSE THEY LIE WHEN IN ALL REALITY DO NOT KNOW AND ARE HONEST OF NOT KNOWING SO MAKING UP STUFF AND CHARGING WHEN IT WARRANTY -Bad Bad!!! Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I reached out to Cavender Grande Ford (San Antonio, TX) regarding a 2025 Ford F-150 Tremor in Antimatter Blue Metallic. Their online payment estimator tool was completely inaccurate, so I followed up directly. The next day, Sales Manager Jacob F. contacted me, expressing strong interest in earning my business. We exchanged numbers, and after a few back-and-forths, I was satisfied with the final offer. We scheduled my visit for Saturday at 2 PM. I live in Georgetown—116 miles away—but I was serious about purchasing the truck. The next morning, I cleaned out my current truck, took both keys, and prepared for a trade-in. En route, I notified Jacob I’d be 15–20 minutes late. He replied, “No worries.” I asked if I should find him directly, and he confirmed I should. I arrived just 14 minutes late. Jacob briefly greeted me but immediately passed me off to a salesperson and disappeared. Minutes later, I was informed the truck I had been discussing was being sold to someone else at that very moment. Instead, they tried to sell me different vehicles in colors I never asked for. After I left—empty-handed and frustrated—Jacob resumed texting, offering a 2024 model, then a dark gray vehicle. It was clear I had been treated as a backup plan. They never once informed me that the vehicle was at risk of being sold despite knowing I was driving two hours to purchase it. I trusted their word and wasted four hours of my day, including the drive back home—all while managing a knee injury. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect was glaring. Jacob’s decision to step back and let a salesperson take the fall was not only disingenuous, but showed a clear unwillingness to take responsibility. This dealership was neither fair nor kind. They proved they value a quick sale over basic decency. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Cavender Grande Ford with your time or business.

Quick and Easy buying experience.

Quick and Easy buying experience. Jorge was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Straightforward pricing and was able to close the deal remotely. Victor in financing was great too. Jorge even delivered the new purchase on a Friday evening so I had it before the weekend.

I was given a 10:am appointment and arrived early

I was given a 10:am appointment and arrived early thinking someone would look at the vehicle. Was told I would need to leave it for 24-48 hrs.!? I should have been told to expect that. So after driving thru traffic across town I had to just turn around. The service advisor said my appointment was to drop off the vehicle. I sure won’t be back at that dealership.

I bought a used Jeep and purchased an extended warranty

I bought a used Jeep and purchased an extended warranty which I don't think is going to be in effect for 30 days because I haven't received my paperwork yet but I haven't even had the Jeep a week and it's already have transmission issues bring your own mechanic to check out your vehicle if you ever purchase from them I am stuck with a lemon now
