It was a pleasure doing business with Cavender Ford.

It was a pleasure doing business with Cavender Ford. My sales person Noe Aguilear was amiable and answered every question I asked about my new power boost truck which I was very unfamiliar. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager and he was a super guy, and we became instant friends. Cavender has many dealerships and if I buy another car or truck, It will be from them.

I went through Car Gurus and ended up with this

I went through Car Gurus and ended up with this dealership. This was my very first time I did an online car purchase. What I didn't like is that the dealership did not want to honor the i information that was on Car Gurus. What is online should be honored are taken off. To me that's false advertising.

Everyone, including Erick, was incredibly responsive, and very pleasant. We had an impatient toddler and they streamlined the process as much as possible. We have had bad experiences, but Grande Ford was very positive!

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Called 2 days before to schedule visit. Set appointment with Andrew. Called 24 hrs before. No response. No one picks up phone. Sent email message about car asking about issues. Went to appointment. Found out they wholesaled the car and never called us to cancel appointment. When we got in everyone was kicked back. No one was engaged or picking up phones. Awful stay away from cavendar
