I was given a 10:am appointment and arrived early

I was given a 10:am appointment and arrived early thinking someone would look at the vehicle. Was told I would need to leave it for 24-48 hrs.!? I should have been told to expect that. So after driving thru traffic across town I had to just turn around. The service advisor said my appointment was to drop off the vehicle. I sure won’t be back at that dealership.

I just want to thank the Service dept. Brian Burger and Anthony Galindo made my experience easy and accommodating. Brian contacted me as soon as I needed a rental and Anthony kept in contact with us. I bought a used Jeep and purchased an extended warranty

I bought a used Jeep and purchased an extended warranty which I don't think is going to be in effect for 30 days because I haven't received my paperwork yet but I haven't even had the Jeep a week and it's already have transmission issues bring your own mechanic to check out your vehicle if you ever purchase from them I am stuck with a lemon now

Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. All employees were very knowledgeable. Leroy even parked my car inside despite it not being a ford vehicle. He made our shopping experience unforgettable.

I found the staff helpful and accommodating. Erick was a huge help, and gave me a great rundown of the Bronco. The location is new, but I would definitely recommend it.
