Had a difficult time with the purchasing but customer

Had a difficult time with the purchasing but customer service dept reached out and made sure the experience was great and my issues were resolved. That is the mark of a good dealership. They took ownership of a bad experience Reached out to me even though I never complained and found a way to help. Their oil change service was quick and efficient and done in exactly the timeframe they said it would be. Amy from service is super nice. They send you a video of the service which is one of my favorite parts.

Erica at Claremont mazda helped me and my husband lease a cx-70. She was very friendly, listened to what we wanted. She also made sure we were happy with color and model as well. I definitely look forward to working with her again and anyone at the Claremont location.

This was my first time visit to Mazda of Claremont for service. George was very courteous and friendly. He ran the VIN to find out that my next couple of services on are Mazda. Will be back for more! A link to a video that the technician preformed an inspection was texted to me was awesome. Service was quick and there were several areas available to sit and wait.

Brand new 2025 Mazda CX-50 with faulty air conditioner,

Brand new 2025 Mazda CX-50 with faulty air conditioner, and scratches all over the vehicle. I asked if optional items were on the vehicle and was told YES, but it wasn't. The driver drove the vehicle from Claremont to Bellflower in the heat on a Friday afternoon, but according to Nick perhaps he didn't use the air conditioner (40 miles). Now three days after receiving this vehicle, it's in the shop for repair and I'm paying out of pocket to get some of the options I wanted on this vehicle.
