If I could give zero stars I would. I went there to purchase a vehicle and the same night on the way home I experienced problems which was 20 mins off the lot. I called them that same night on my way home I was told I would get a call the next day. I received no call back the next day I called 12pm and was told someone would return my call. I called again around 530pm no call back the next day. I called THE NEXT DAY and was told someone would call back and I actually received a call back from the very person I was told finance manager couldn’t help me. They advised to bring the car to their mechanic to have it looked at. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable I just bought the car on that Monday and I have to bring the car to be serviced which should’ve been prior to me leaving the lot. I went to the dealership and requested a refund I was told by the sales manager that it’s not possible only in cases of engine and transmission. I then allowed them to “fix” the vehicle I make my way home which is an hour and a half away and the steering wheel is now straight but GOING INTO OTHER LANES SLOWLY I call them immediately I’m told they were come get the car and do a FULL DIAGNOSTIC which should’ve already been done and that someone would call me just park the car until then. It’s been TWO DAYS since and no call back. I am highly disappointed and disgusted for the lack of accountability and also the lack of communication and integrity of this business. Now I’m stuck with a unworking vehicle DO NOT purchase anything from THESE FRAUDS.

I was ready to purchase A VEHICLE. Test drove and all. Sat down and the salesman returned from the managers office and added $2995 to the price before taxes and dealer fees. If they cant be honest about the price of the car what else are they hiding? They are a scummy used car dealership. Avoid at all cost! I ended up getting a vehicle somewhere else and they didn't play games with the price like i am some sucker. It wasn't the price of the car it was because they tried to play me because they knew i drove over an hour to see this car. They say there is an xxx for every seat, DONT BE THEIR xxx! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Do not waste your time with these people! I specifically asked about the fees besides the price for the vehicle. I told the staff that I was coming from another state. I spoke with three people and was asked to book my flight and provide the flight details when done. After booking my flight, I called to let them know I would be flying in the next morning. This is when I was transferred to a manager that told me the price did not include the 25% down in cash that they require. The manager tried arguing with me saying this is how everyone does it. I am extremely disappointed with their predatory behavior and practices!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Before I came in they assured me that the price is what I will get. I wasted 4hrs driving and 1hr there just to find out that the price promoted online was after the down-payment of 25%. Wow! Unbelievable! There should be some law in regards to transparency and misleading customers in dealerships. My 4yr old daughter was so tired. Wished I never came in this dealership.

This dealership will list a lower price online then you'll get there and the dealership will say something like oh that's after you put 5000 down already to finance it along with fees. Then when it becomes obvious you don't want to finance a car for thousands more down and hundreds more in monthly payments the tactic switches to bait and switch like they're doing you a favor and don't want you to waste your time. Very shady dealership and better to avoid them and not waste your time.

I had read reviews prior to going, all were true, SHADY!
I had read reviews prior to going, all were true, SHADY!! car was listed for $24k , car is inside on the so called showroom floor, it was FILTHY! I'm not even talking about all the fingerprints, wheel wells dirty, interior dirty, engine caked with dust and leaves piled up by the cowl...I asked what the price was, it took Jesse 15 minutes to tell us the price....then he tells us it's $24, 242 ( something like that) HERES THE CATCH... that's after you put down 25% so the car is $30k and you need to put down $6k then it's the advertised price of $24k , I said that's crazy, his exact words were" how do you think we get people in the door"? He proceeded to say all dealers do this, I've never been to a dealer that does this...this is a shady dealership...Better to stick to the bigger dealerships, not these little side of the road stealer ships
