Have not been keeping my service history updated. Seem to be blindly recommending maintenance items that may or may not be necessary. Losing my confidence.

They didn’t let us know the price of the car.
They didn’t let us know the price of the car. They worked on the loan information first. If they wanted to check our credit score for they could have. Then let us see the car, longer then we got to. The full court press wasn’t appreciated! Also it was after hours. Let us come back the next day and go through the bank we had even if the interest rate was higher. Got the feeling that the dealership gets a percentage from the CCU. If this is the policy the company has I would recommend some changes.

Marisela, Jaime, Travis, and all staff who worked with me
Marisela, Jaime, Travis, and all staff who worked with me (remotely, since I live 4 hours away and had some obstacles in the way of being there in person), were kind, knowledgeable, and patient (!) while helping me buy my second Corolla in 20 years. A modern purchasing experience with old-school professionalism and service. They reminded me of why I'm a Toyota owner for life- the pride and quality of the product they represent. I'm going to schedule my first service at McDonald, just so I can meet and thank them in person.
