The service department is very friendly, courteous and efficient. They have always completed the scheduled maintenance in a timely manner. I will continue to schedule my maintenance needs with their service department.

Jose, our salesman was awesome. The issue we had was the time it took to get to contract completion. We waited for finance manager even though we had an appointment and no other customers were in the store. Then, it was supposed to take 20 minutes to complete the contract , but instead it took 1 hour and 40 minutes because they could not get the DMR from the other dealership to complete the transaction. This should have been complete prior to our arrival. Everyone involved was very courteous, however, the length of time it took was not a good customer experience.

The dealership and staff were pleasant to work with. The staff were very helpful, especially in dealing with my car insurance company. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything which made the experience memorable.

I stopped just to look at trucks. Tanesha came out and started speaking with me. She was very nice and not a bit pushy. She knew about the truck and explained things to me. After I took the truck home, she called to see if everything was OK and told me to call her if I had any questions. I'm glad she came out to speak with me. Thank you Tanesha. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have this truck.

Service is the best around. Repair was quick and I was kept informed about what was wrong with my suv, and Lance was as able to claim it under manufacturer recall!!!
