Luke was extremely helpful! My experience was great with Fucillo and the workers there at the dealership. They were able to get me my dream car in a very short time frame and did everything possible to make it happen. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family in the future.

It was awesome working with Lance Hopkins, he communicated really well and help me understand what was wrong with my vehicle. They really did do a good job on the car, and i would recommend this to other people. The only negative input i have is that i wasn't able to pick up my car for a couple of days due to a business trip. When i went and pick it up, the car had a ton of snow and a layer of ice on it. I did tell them that i was going to pick up the vehicle that Friday. It took a while scrub the ice off on a windy 15 degree weather day. Apart from that, they did a really good job on my car and fixed all the issues that it had.

I owned a Jeep a number of years ago and was always happy with the service at Fuccillo's. When I decided to purchase a Jeep again that is why I chose Fuccillo's again. My last service appointment was handled in a respectful and speedy manner- the folks in the service department are always friendly and considerate.

From the greeting at the front door to the handshakes at the end of the deal everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. This was the fourth car purchased by my family from this dealership.

Everyone was upbeat and welcoming and very easy to interact with. They even showed me how to use the coffee machine to get my free coffee!! The service person reviewed why the vehicle was there and what they were going to do. He also asked if I wanted to have the oil change done because of the alert message in the dash. I affirmed that that should be done. Thanks so much!!
