jeep issues

It took a while for my jeep to be fixed but Lance was great as the issues I had with the jeep were intensive. high

Awesome dealership

Had an awesome experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous. My sales person was Jazmyn she was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend the dealership to everyone

Corey made it a enjoyable experience they all made it happen i ended up buying two cars in less then a week very happy with both cars

Purchased two used vehicles

I was pleased with my experience at the dealership. They were able to allow me the freedom to be undecided and finicky. Gave me room to breathe when I needed it. They showed me multiple cars that fit my criteria as well as cars that I would never have looked at. Ironically, I chose a car that was not on my original list. I appreciate the help that Nick, Larry and Pugsly gave to me in order to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. In fact, I ended up with two used vehicles.

Dirty mechanic

Every time I bring my truck there I find grease finger prints on my grab Bar and steering wheel Mirrors and other thing as well

No promises kept

I had a hard time even scheduling a test drive! The salesman was nice and tried to help me since I was irritable, but what a hard time. Wouldn't negotiate price, wouldn't keep promises where car was, after purchasing the car service took over a week for a 2 day project. Nobody ever did what they said. If I didn't want that specific car, I would've went elsewhere for sure!

Great experience, fantastic staff

I went to fuccillo in Amsterdam unsure if I was going to be able to find an SUV that I both loved and could afford, my credit is far from perfect due to a divorce. From the beginning Antonio, Jim and Wyal were very professional, helpful and willing to do whatever they could to ensure I left happy. They excell in their roles and because of that I was able to trade in a vehicle I disliked and drive away in one that I love at an amazing deal. Would recommend them to any of my clients also looking to purchase a great quality vehicle at a great price.

Fast and efficient

As stated service was fast and complete. All fluids were checked as were tires and belts. I feel confident with the vehicle for the coming winter season
