All requested services were performed. Additional needed service was shown to me via video for preapproval. Service was completed in a timely manner. Car was cleaned before returned.

Workmanship seems spot on. Estimate could have been more accurate. E.g., if the repair has to be done here it’s X price. If the repair is way back here and under this part it’s X price. Overall pretty good dealership experience.

The staff here are good -- fast, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough. I just ordered a dash cam for my Fusion Hybrid. We discussed the cost of the camera and the install and they ordered the kit. I also ordered and got a new key fob. In and out in less than an hour
