🚫 Sacramento Jeep – A Masterclass in Dishonesty and Disrespect I’m writing this review to strongly warn other consumers: Avoid Sacramento Jeep at all costs. My recent experience with this dealership—especially with Assistant Manager Oscar—was one of the most unprofessional, frustrating, and deceptive car-buying experiences I’ve ever encountered. ⚠️ Bait-and-Switch Tactics My family and I visited Sacramento Jeep to look at a used vehicle we were genuinely interested in. During the initial visit, we noticed $4,000 in added dealer-installed accessories—items we didn’t ask for and didn’t want. The sales representative and manager initially agreed to remove those charges. We didn’t finalize the deal that day, as I wanted to explore other options. That’s when Assistant Manager Oscar stepped in—and his behavior was completely out of line. When I explained I was still considering my options, he sarcastically suggested I buy a Nissan Altima because it’s “cheaper.” His tone was arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful. I was appalled. As a serious buyer who had done thorough research, I expected professionalism—not mockery. We left the dealership extremely disappointed. 📞 The Follow-Up and False Promises A few days later, I received multiple follow-up calls. Eventually, Oscar contacted me directly, and we agreed on a price over the phone—with all unnecessary charges removed. I reconfirmed the final agreed amount before returning to the dealership with my wife (the financing would be under her name). We were excited to proceed, especially our young child. Before initiating the credit application, I once again confirmed the agreed price with the sales associate helping us. She assured me the numbers were the same as discussed. However, after the credit was approved, Oscar returned—this time reinstating the $4,000 in dealer accessories, saying they were "mandatory." When I questioned this sudden change, I reminded him: We had already agreed on a final price twice—once during my first visit, and again over the phone. He himself had previously removed these charges. No one had disclosed these fees prior to running the credit. Oscar's response was dismissive, arrogant, and unacceptable: “I don’t remember you.” “It’s written on every car—you should’ve read it.” “If you don’t like it, you’re free to shop elsewhere.” This wasn’t just poor customer service—it was deliberate deception. At my request, a different manager came over, reviewed the situation, and confirmed I was telling the truth. The charges were finally removed—again—and we moved forward. 📝 Finance Department Pressure The problems didn’t end there. During the financing process, the representative aggressively pushed extended warranties. When we declined, she became clearly irritated, even saying she was losing commission because we chose not to add extras. She rushed through the paperwork so carelessly that she missed several required signatures, which led to multiple calls from various numbers the next day, disrupting us at work just to fix what should have been done properly the first time. 🚫 Final Verdict: A Dealership to Avoid Dishonest Pricing: Hidden charges are added after credit is run. Rude and Condescending Staff: Oscar’s behavior was insulting and disrespectful. Zero Transparency: Agreements are not honored, and nothing is disclosed up front. Pressure Sales Culture: Finance team prioritizes upselling over service. Lack of Accountability: Mistakes are passed onto the customer to resolve. 💡 Lesson Learned: This was our first and LAST purchase from Sacramento Jeep. I deeply regret trusting this dealership and hope others can learn from our experience. The level of unprofessionalism and manipulation here is staggering. There are plenty of reputable dealerships in the region—do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Unless you live in area, i would be real leery about

Unless you live in area, i would be real leery about driving ti this place for a vehicle. I contacted dealer to purchase a vehicle that was listed for sale. The worker named Mohammed told me to come down and test drive vehicle. I told him I was coming from 1 hour away and was a serious buyer ready to buy vehicle today. When I arrived, another nice gentleman greeted me and went to get Mohammed for me. Mohammed came out and shook my hand, then said he was getting the key. The next thing I knew the other nice salesman appeared and started asking if I was interested in anything else. He started showing me other vehicles. Eventually I asked why he was showing me other vehicles because I drove all the way there for that 1. Then he told me Mohammed messed up and the vehicle was not ready and it was waiting for parts and could not be sold. I wasted my gas and time. Another customer was talking to my wife, telling her how they have had nothing but problems with this place. BEWARE

I visited once to look at a car I was considering.

I visited once to look at a car I was considering. They texted and called me multiple times the following week so I went back over to look at the car again, as I was very seriously considering buying it. Well when I sat down with them to discuss pricing, they had increased the price of the vehicle by $2800 that same day, so their sticker was reading something higher than what I was originally considering the car for. And when I called them out on it, they would not budge from the new price. Very misleading to advertise one price then increase it the day a sale comes in the door.

I came to the dealer to purchase a challenger scat pack

I came to the dealer to purchase a challenger scat pack last edition which showed an online price of $43,200, only to be called by multiple managers and sales associates to come in so they can make me a deal that I had discussed via text, phone, and in person. Once we sat down to purchase, they decided to add additional charges for dealer installed accessories and take away coupon incentives that the salesman said would be included. Overall, worst experience ever. False advertising on pricing and salesman promised to give us great pricing including additional coupons, instead took away incentives creating the price to go up $5,000. I would be aware of this dealer, as they mark down prices only to add up additional charges at the time of sale. Good thing, I walked away. No deal here!

Miscommunication, I had to call them to schedule a

Miscommunication, I had to call them to schedule a delivery. I received my car unwashed, they said I was rushing them to get my car despite the fact that they had 4 days before shipping my car. Financially everything was okay. They refused to cut the price even for a hundred. The price of the okay was okay compared to other dealership. You can buy from them, they have good prices compared to others. Every person has a different experience with the dealership. But I like them no matter what.

I came here based on my last experience.

I came here based on my last experience. Bought my Ram in 2018, loved the whole experience 5☆ all day. Somewhat expecting the same feel, I returned last week to upgrade to a 2022 Ram 2500. It was no where close to the same experience. It's more like a corner, hustle heavy used car lot now. I won't knock the pricing, they were competitive. However, even that took a weeks worth of haggling and phone calls, which I've never experienced at a Certified dealership before. They tell me the truck has been COMPLETELY GONE THRU. So, we make the deal and I take it home. 3 days later I have an appt for spray liner. When I remove the brand new liner that was in the truck at time of purchase, the tailgate and Fenders are hammered. Literally, like someone took a sledge hammer too it. I call the salesman to let him know, and am told I'll get a call back. No call back. I reach out again and talk to sales manager, told the same, I'll call you back. Again, no call back. Again I reach out to be told, " we didnt put the(brand new) bedliner in, so we don't know about any damage, sorry there's nothing we can do". I get it, I bought a used truck, it's not gonna be perfect, but to be dismissed so quickly makes me feel like they knew. With that, I looked into my loan and the extended warranty they offered which seemed high. Called around, and what do ya know. I'm now refinanced at 1% lower rate and got the exact same warranty for nearly 2k less. Buying a vehicle from a CERTIFIED dealership shouldn't feel like you got scammed and lied too. Zero stars should be an option in this case. I'm from Ram Truck family from California to Hawaii, shamefull that these guys represent the brand.

Sacramento Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram gets low marks on

Sacramento Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram gets low marks on customer service. Sold me a brand new car that needed an oil change at 100 miles. They told me just to reset the warning because it shouldn't need an oil change. but the oil life was estimated at 27%. If it wasn't the oil it was the sensor because the oil life was going down each day. Argued with me about it finally checked the "oil quality" four hours after I dropped the off at 7:30AM said they would have to consult with Mopar because I said I shouldn't have to pay for it. Finally picked up the car at 2:15PM. In addition the salesman, JONATAN called me three times once to ask how the car was doing. First call, I told him about the issues with the oil sensor and the blindspot sensors I was having. He said when I brought it in for service, he would give me a tank of gas. Called me again complaining I hadn't filled out the survey. I said I wouldn't till I was satisfied. He said I had to do it and give him 10s. So I did the survey and gave him and the dealership 9 or less. Don't order me to give you the high marks, in hindsight you JONATAN, you should have got a ZERO! I will do the Eff ing survey when I'm satisfied. JONATAN called me back on his personal phone and actually threatened me! A sales manager did talk to me but I will never again buy a car there unless it's an amazing deal. The General Manager never got back to me and the 1st sales Manager I spoke to supported JONATAN's tactics. They didn't even finish the service so I have to go back when a part comes in. Come to find out I had a month to do the survey, had JONATAN not been a d**k he might have received a 10. BTW When I brought the car in for service I got there at 7:20 the service manager said we open at 7:30 go wait in your car somebody will come out and help you, 7:30 arrived and nobody came out to help me. Since they didn't finish the service I have to go back now and wait another four or five hours to fix things that should've been completed pre delivery.
