These guys are scammers.

These guys are scammers. They claim “what you see online is exactly what you’ll pay” but then add $1998 in fees to the price once you agree to buy and after they’ve collected all your info. Stay away.

Ed at the dealership was extremely helpful.

Ed at the dealership was extremely helpful. The vehicle was ready to view and drive. He offered to allow me to take the vehicle to my office so that I could show it to my wife. Communication was clear and quick. A great experience overall.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most friendly faces and smiles. The warm and welcoming personalities out you at ease and let me know I was in good hands. I told them exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. I needed a nice SUV to fit me and my family but still drive in style. Incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and ideas that seem fit for me. I found the perfect car that was amazing in my price range. In and out within an hour. I got all the information I needed and help I needed quick and sufficient. I love this place and I plan on coming back with my kids when it’s their turn.

I would give this dealership lower if there was a way.

I would give this dealership lower if there was a way. To start with, I made an appointment to see car on Saturday June 29th at noon. I was driving 150 miles to see it. The company did text me that morning and told me the car and a salesman named Ed would be waiting. Upon arrival, Ed was with another customer. The lady there told me to wait in lounge for him to get to me. I asked her where the car was so I could be looking it over while I waited. This car was a porsche 911. The nice lady told me the car was not out. It was in some warehouse and would have to be brought out. I was very disappointed that the car nor the salesman wasn't prepared for me to look at. Admittedly, I did not wait long, I got my wife, who was out on the lot looking for the car, and told her we were leaving. After 30 minutes,Ed texted me and asked me if I was still there and I replied I was not. He asked if I was coming back and at this point I was very upset for having driven that far, and told him "no I would not". The drive there was over 3 hours so I obviously was a serious buyer if the car met what I was looking for. My wife and I drove all the way home taking up my entire day. Imagine my surprise when I then looked up other porsches to look at, and found the company had raised the price of the car $5000 over what was originally the price. Then, if that wasn't enough, I got an email from "Ed" thanking me for coming. I never even met Ed. To this day the car still is listed at the elevated price. I truly believe there was something amiss in all of this. And I feel that customer service is an important part of being in the car sales business. I have since looked at 3 other 911s and have yet to purchase. I, on fact, have driven over 1000 miles looking at other cars. Each time I have been I have been met by the salesmen and the cars have been prepared ( cleaned, gas etc). In closing I want to say that I am a serious buyer when I do find the car I am seeking. The car listed at this dealership was priced, originally, at what I thought was favorable to make purchase a real possibility. Just not at their newly elevated price. I would hope this company has the opportunity to read this and maybe respond. Thank you for the opportunity to vent my frustration.
