Great experience, Corbin and Kris helped me out and got

Great experience, Corbin and Kris helped me out and got me into a new Atlas, got a great price they were upfront and they don’t have any extra ad ins. To top it off they got me a great interest rate. Better than my bank. Thanks again

Truly amazing experience, I was shopping for a Volkswagen

Truly amazing experience, I was shopping for a Volkswagen Atlas, I ended up going to OKC Volkswagen and Fowler before finding Bob Moore Volkswagen at Oklahoma City Volkswagen they advertised a price online, when I showed up that car was magically already sold and of course they didn’t take the ad down and wouldn’t honor that price on another vehicle. I then ended up going to Fowler, their salespeople were clueless. Finally went to Bob Moore and should have come here first. They gave me the best price and even beat the interest rate of bank. They also threw in free tint, loaners for life, and 30K of free oil changes. I can’t believe there is a car dealership like this. Thanks again for the great experience.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience at Bob Moore VW! Chandi, my service adviser, was not only extremely pleasant and professional, but he also went to bat for me with my extended warranty company. He made sure they honored the extra insurance I’d been paying for, saving me a huge headache and expense. On top of that, the entire service process was quick and seamless. Chandi even arranged an Uber so I could get around while my car was in the shop, and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready to go. After this fantastic experience, I’m definitely switching from Oklahoma City VW to Bob Moore VW for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Five stars all the way!

Would Like Better Communication

The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.

Some staff were friendly and kind so I won't give them 1

Some staff were friendly and kind so I won't give them 1 star, but... The service department is AWFUL. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at (because they said if I did there would be no wait) But when my appointment time came, they said it would be four days before they could get to it. When I finally dropped it off I told them my fuel mileage had dropped and that it would struggle to start then die. When I picked it up, my paperwork showed what the tech notated as far as issues are concerned was that my fuel economy had dropped. Nothing about the starting issue. Now my speed sensor is bad. The sensor that's I the same area as my fuel system which they flushed to "fix" my issue. The next thing I know, they want to charge me $500 to fix something that wasn't broken before they worked on it. And (no surprise) she still has starting issues and is leaking along where the fuel line takes fuel to the engine block. Don't take your care here. They don't listen they don't care all they want to do is make a buck at your expense. On the bright side I got a free water bottle. It was a sweet gesture at the time, but that's all I have to say in favor of Samuel Allen of Edmond.

We bought my VW Atlas in August of 2021.

We bought my VW Atlas in August of 2021. We haven’t had the best experience with another VW dealership but Allen Samuels has been way more helpful! Especially Robert, the manager of the service department. He was not only able to make sure my 3 recalls were checked out and completed, he made sure of multiple other issues I had going on were fixed. He told me I had a bulge in my tire and to come back and he would get in immediately and my new tire fixed. He stuck to his word and got me right in. Also, he gave my 2 year old a sweet stuffed animal to play with while we waited! Thanks so much Allen Samuels!

The staff was wonderful, they were just VERY short

The staff was wonderful, they were just VERY short handed. The fixed op manager was very understanding of our frustration with a warrantied item compromising (damaging) an unwarrantied item. He took good care of us and did the best he could being short staffed.
