Friendly at first but the car brakes seized while driving it on a test drive after the “replacement” of brakes. Calipers and rotors were messed up. Front end wobbled- ball joints etc. tried to negotiate a price and the friendliness went away FAST! Pointed a finger toward the overworked service guy and said “you’re way off on price bro! Tell him.” As he walked away into the showroom. All my wife and i could say was wow. I was hoping to even tell them what happened on my long test drive! We had to wait for it to be safe to drive again. They did not even care. Walk away from the idea of visiting this place

Iowa Auto Exchange I wanted to say how much me and the kids appreciate everything you did for our family! I have never seen anyone work as hard as Todd and Alex. They meant they would get me approved and they did! I’m in a very reliable car and my heart is at peace. I have cancer as many of you know and these two men really went out on a limb for me. I was met the first day with care and respect. They did not pressure me into anything. When I asked questions they answered. I am amazed at how they worked together and with me to help. I will always refer friends and never forget the compassion and salesmanship and courtesy that they gave to me. I’m so elated that finally a used car salesmen is honest! I will be leaving lots of reviews! Note to buyers for used cars; Do not shoot the messenger if your financing doesn’t come back on the super low end, as we are all where we are in life because of life and life choices and our credit and unforeseen happenings. So by no fault of the dealership.(btw they get you the lowest they can) Don’t pick a car without knowing you will have to put money into it Don’t harass and leave bad reviews because you spent 7,000 and expected a 30,000 car Do ask the salesman to tell you which car runs better(looks mean nothing) When you buy a used car be ready to spend money on brakes,oil change, tires, tune up etc. Nobody knows what the last owner actually did! Great guys! I was a little nervous going in and they made me feel so comfortable! The salesman was so down to earth and friendly. I got a great deal and it was a super fast transaction! Right after we left, we went down the street to get gas and realized the gas cap had a lock. The owner came to us and took care of it and filled up the gas tank! The next day I took the vehicle in to have it looked over by my mechanic and he also said I got a great deal! Definitely recommend!

Buyer beware, had issues with vehicle before getting to stop light in front of dealer, resolved-double gasket on oil filter. Purchased in February, in May a/c does not work, compressor frozen. 30 days warranty-not covered. Don’t stop at this car lot!

I worked with a lot of good people and got a vehicle on payments and I got a 2011 Ford fiesta and the sales people there are awesome I think one guy name is Augie I believe he was a really good salesperson there so was the salesperson of Alexander I enjoy my vehicle that I just got for low payments. They did a good job

This is definitely a buyer be aware place. Bought vehicle and had issues before we got it home. Was told they would take care of it and all we got was a lot of talk, $5000 in repairs and now can't get a hold of anyone, even our Nissan Tech tried contacting them and nothing. Even the sensor they promised to fix still isn't fixed after almost 3 months.

Buyer beware! I bought a car and in one week the engine went bad and found out that their "thorough" car system checks could not actually have been done. They will sell you a warranty program "just in case" that has a poor payment record. Interesting that They only show the positive reviews on their website.
