They were professional when showing the car and it's features. It just takes too long to fill out the paperwork. I want to fill like I am getting the best price for a car, but when they have to run back and forth to the Mgr it makes me think, I am not.

Very courteous and flexible, willing to work with me on necessary vs not-so-necessary work. I just sometimes wonder how necessary some "recommendations" are. Very pricey parts & labor, but that seems to be the norm these days

Zero stars, new/used Jeep inoperable, unfriendly staff,
Zero stars, new/used Jeep inoperable, unfriendly staff, completely incompetent service, basically stole my van and my money and left me stranded with a vehicle that won't even start. If you want the full story, here is the email I wrote to the GM of used cars last night. If it is rectified COMPLETELY I will update the review, but ONLY once it is COMPLETELY rectified, because at this point, their "sales and service" has been criminally insufficient and I'm not going to be at all quiet about it. Here's the story: --------- Good morning, I hope today finds you in a better situation than it finds me. I have a situation that needs to be rectified as soon as possible, and I will keep making noise until it is. My Jeep is INOPERABLE, UNSTARTABLE, and stranded, parked in my ex husband's neighbor's parking spot. It needs to be towed to the junkyard, and I need a refund, as in YESTERDAY. I left you voice mails as well, but I think it's important that this is in writing. I picked up my new/used 2018 Jeep Renegade yesterday around 4-4:30 PM. I purchased the Jeep less than a month and a half ago. I brought it to you guys three weeks ago to check the brakes, fix the sunroof, and check the sensor on the license plate light, which appeared to be malfunctioning. I was told the repairs would take three or maybe four days and was given a rental van in the meantime. Three days later, I had heard nothing so I called and was told it would be a week. After the week, I had heard nothing so I called again, and was told it would be another few days. The rental van was towed from my parking spot because it had been parked there too long, and by the time I realized that, the office was closed so they towed me. That cost me $200, plus my son missed his allergy shots that day. I got a guest pass for the rental, which expired August 1. I called Toyota again a few days later, and was told they ordered the wrong part and it would be another week. A week passed, and still, I heard nothing. This runaround continued until Friday, August 2 when I called to say I would like to pick up my Jeep and they could call me when the parts had arrived. Up to this point, I had been patient and courteous. I picked up the Jeep Sunday, August 4, around 4-3:30 PM. It took 30 minutes for anyone to even put the new plates on the Jeep. It was obvious NO one wanted to deal with it. In addition, there was plastic on the seats, trash in the cup holders, and greasy fingerprints smeared all over the sunroof which was, as I knew, still inoperable. I cleaned that up myself and tossed the trash in your trash cans. I drove it home, thinking it was AT LEAST, safe and road worthy. Within five minutes, the airbag service lights came on, but I thought maybe it was still okay. I drove to my destination intending to drop off my kids at my ex husband's house. After that, the Jeep would not start, would not turn over at all, even with a jump. Therefore, it is still sitting, stranded at my ex husband's house parked in his neighbor's parking spot, likely to get towed at someone's expense (it will NOT be mine). When we popped the hood, there were pieces your guys did not even bother to reattach correctly. I have video of us trying to start it, and of how it looked when we opened up the hood. I drove myself and my kids home and to their dad's house in a Jeep that had pieces just floating around, unattached, under the hood. Had it not failed to start, I likely would not even have known about the safety hazard under the hood. That's as much as I can write here but you get the picture. I will be using UBer and buses to get to work, and I'll be waiting for my phone call.

I tried emailing you but it was returned. I still do not have my Jeep back, and this is the email I just sent to Toyota of Woodbridge: "Good morning, Gabby was considerate enough to call and update me on the Jeep yesterday, and though I appreciate the work done so far, it seems that your team sold me a car that was not even close to fully operational. My first service appointment was on July 16. At this point, it has been in the shop for almost a month, far more time than I was able to drive it. When I purchased it, the only problem of which I was aware was the sunroof switch, which to this day, has still not been corrected, and I have been told there is no timeline for when that will be fixed. In addition, more and more problems keep coming up. My Carfax said there are "no open recalls" on my Jeep Renegade, but a quick Google search tells me there was a recall on the 2018 Renegade's powertrain control module, which upon failure, causes "stalling and failure to start." These are all issues that should have been fixed BEFORE selling the Jeep to a customer. I understand a pre-owned vehicle cannot be expected to perform like a new vehicle, but it is absolutely reasonable to expect it to be safe, reliable, and fully operational. When I bought it, I felt excited to drive it, but now every time I think of loading my kids up in the back seat of it, I feel sick. To say the least, this has not been a pleasant or even remotely satisfactory experience. I worked in sales and service for a long time, so I know this is not considered a positive interaction at all. At this point, I want to know what my options are. I think a refund and/or replacement is reasonable, given the circumstances. I no longer feel safe driving the Jeep that was sold to me, and I don't know how I ever will, given that your team at Toyota of Woodbridge continues to make mistakes over and over again, noy even giving the correct address for the Jeep to be towed when it stalled. Since it has been worked on, the Jeep is in better condition now than it was when I bought it, so there should be no issue of value, especially considering that I purchased it on June 27, and drove it very little even during the time I had it. Finally, I would also like to be refunded for the extended warranty or have it transferred to a replacement, because again, the repairs that have been done should have been done before it was sold to me. I would also like to be refunded for the van being towed from my apartment complex, and my Uber fare to my first day at my new job. There is no reason any of this should have ever happened. Let me know what the next steps might be, and when you are available. Thank you, ****** " So if you'd like to help rectify the situation, I'd love a contact where you can be reached. Thanks
