This is a my second Lexus. The sales department and the service department are part of the reason I returned here. Everyone treats you with kindness and courtesy. I’m a senior woman and was treated with respect. Thank you, JT and Lexus of Sarasota for a great purchasing experience.

The absolute best dealership we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We bought a used (not a Lexus) car for our teen. Our salesmen Issac and the used car manager Devyn are outstanding. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend this dealership.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. Sad when all personal that are involved are just so money hungry they just want to make the sale and grab another customer. They don't listen and for sure don't care! Only reason the deal went thru is because of the nice car. Almost tore up my check at the closing.

The attention and involvement during the purchase event was excellent. We met the sales Mgr, he came over and introduced himself. I showed him my numbers he matched them and we had a deal. Austin was very personable and very involved with us. He took care of everything including the transfer and the registration right there at the dealership. He then introduced us to the tech advisor who went over various features of the new car The whole experience was very upbeat, not.like the hostile encounters in the past 25 years of purchasing a car..I would recommend Lexus of Sarasota to my neighbors and friends.

I am very disappointed in my purchase, the time spent at the dealership, car not being cleaned as promised and a host of other issues with the purchase.
