Jim lally was great 2nd car I bought from him at wilde. Excellent sales person. Would like more in depth technology specialist training at delivery. I have had to call the training technology specialists to get answers to things that have come up I needed to know. Ie. Where is the key hole for manually locking the door.

There was a whole team that worked with me in the purchase of my RX 350. Kevin White is an exemplary salesman. The rest of the staff are as professional as he is. Everyone is also genuinely nice and their purpose is for you to leave happy with your car-buying experience. The trade in for my used car was also significantly better than KBB. The bottom line on my new car was better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership.

The whole Wilde team was great. Especially salesmen Patrick Chartrand. I drove 10 hours to buy my lexus and it was worth the drive. Every single time, it has been a different sales person. I wish to establish a relationship so that they know me. The dealership is nice, service managers are great. I have worked with Debbie Mills, my son has and will be working with Tim and my sister in law’s service manager is Jason. Jim was nice and friendly. Will definitely work with him. Planning to buy another vehicle in our family and this time, it is going to be NX.
