Daryl is a top notch guy!! He helped me pick out a car over the phone (my decision). Super friendly and listened to my needs and got me in a car that fits my family’s needs. I can’t say enough good things about him. I had something unexpected happen to me and needed the car 48 hours early, he had it ready in two hours. The paperwork was ready and chuck in finance got me in and out.( loved working with chuck as well) I’m very sorry but I can’t remember his name but Daryl’s son help me with all the new features my new car had to offer and answered all my questions. He was extremely friendly. I always recommend Wilde Lexus to all my friends and family and will never buy or lease a car from any other Lexus dealership.

We returned to Wilde Lexus when the lease on our Lexus RX350 was almost up. We sought out Joe Ierisi, who we dealt with almost 3 years ago. Within a short period of time, we test drove several cars and selected a new Lexus RX350 to lease. As expected, Joe and the entire team at Wilde Lexus was great to work with. Chuck had all the paper work ready for us to close the deal. Peter spent time with us explaining all the new features. As we left, I told Peter we would see them again in 3 years. Another reason why we returned to Lexus has to do with service. We have our own personal service agent, Dee Logan, who is excellent. She makes it easy to take a loaner and to get the service done on time. All in all, Wilde's team gets the highest marks for customer service and customer satisfaction.

Bill was fabulous to work with.he was very knowledgable and did not use any "pressure sales tactics". We will use Bill again to buy a new car.
