The customer service in this dealership is beyond amazing. We have purchased two vehicles in this location. Our most recent visit Greg Brock was incredibly helpful and made the experience of purchasing a vehicle extremely enjoyable and easy. Also, Andrian the finance manager was beyond helpful. We love this place because of the way the employees makes us feel. Both employees are very knowledgeable and will not try to make a person feel obligated to anything. I respect how honest and real they have been with me during the entire finance process

Jim Lally was easy to work with. Even though the vehicle was a MB versus a Lexus, he still knew alot about the car and answered most questions. He even checked with local MB dealer to get the rest of our questions answered. Car had a couple of recalls, and the dealership made sure those recalls were taken care of by the MB dealer before we took delivery of the car. a painless experience.

Both Rob Kuhn and David Keyso did a great job in working with us to locate a late model, low mileage, L-Certified, Lexus ES-350. No pressure just plain talk. A short time later we drove off with our car. Later Kenny instructed us on how to use the navigation system. We love our newer Lexus and recommend Wilde Lexus. Wilde has a very nice selection of late model used Lexuses to choose from - some with very low mileage. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable- -below Kelly Blue Book - and they were willing to negotiate. I was pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to return to purchase another vehicle there.

Rob was very helpful picking out the right car for me. He made sure that I got a car that filled my needs. He treated me as if I was a member of his family. This is my 8th Lexus. I have been using Tom McOmber for all of them. Tom has been at Lexus for many of years. He knows the product and is excellent at what he does. But it doesn't stop with Tom. Frank does the paper work and he gets it done fast so you are in and out in no time!! All I can say is that the ENTIRE family at Wilde treats me as if I was family.
