I visited Lexus of Sarasota not too long ago and was very impressed. Before our visit I was on the fence between a few different Lexus models. My wife and I spoke with Alex Ley and he was a pleasure to work with. He was a huge help while choosing our new Lexus and was very courteous. I would recommend this dealership, Alex, and Lexus for anyone looking for a new car!

The sales process was made easy by Jack Mumaw who has sold me my last 4 Lexus. He even came in on his day off to make sure that the delivery of the vehicle to me was handled properly. Another reason I have continued to purchase a Lexus is because of the service department which continues to be extremely helpful.Jason Peters is exceptional .

Excellent Customer Service Todd Brown put me right at ease no high pressure very knoledgable about the car and the area! Im new in town and Todd made some really great recomdations about the area. Our experience with Wilde Lexus was just unbelieveable....

Our experience with Wilde Lexus was just unbelieveable. This is our first Lexus, a 2006 RX 330 that only had 31000 miles on it and was in absolutly mint condition. The quality of this car is remarkable & has impressed both my wife and myself to the point, where we will be part of the "Lexus family" for as long as the state will allow us to drive. Now, I would like to comment on the buying process itself. Noah Hochberg, the salesperson we encountered made this a totally different car buying experience for both of us. He was very kind, considerate, and knowlegible. He made both of us feel extremely comfortable and the pressure that one normally feels at a typical american car dealership was totally absent at Wilde Lexus. We just can't say enough about Noah. Also, we would like to mention Jason Peters in the service dept. whom we met when two different minor issues came up and needed service. The service was both expiedient and complete. The professionalism of both these men seem to represent the outstanding service associated with Lexus and are a credit to Wilde Lexus in perticular. Michael & Linda Lu Hoffman

My Experience with Patrick Chartrand was amazing, he made my buying experience excellent. He made sure that my 250H was handed over in the best condition possible. I drove from the east coast of Florida to make my purchase and I will continue to do this for all future purchases and highly recomend Patrick and Wilde Lexus to my family.

My third Lexus purchased from Wilde Lexus. Service Department is top notch and the Number 1 reason I keep coming back and recommend them to everyone I know. Bought latest car used (after seeing it on ebay) and salesperson Jack Mumaw was excellent. Very professional and easy to deal with. A plus.

Hard to believe that I just purchased my third vehicle...

Hard to believe that I just purchased my third vehicle from the same salesman, Todd Brown!! He works at Wilde Lexus & according to their record/goal charts, he is one of their best salesmen..I am not surprised..not only is he super-knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell, he is quick to print out an unbiased vehicle-comparison (Consumer Guide),so that I will be more knowledgeable myself! Todd explained the ratings & differences & how my newly purchased vehicle compared to others..I was quite proud & satisfied to learn where my vehicle was rated in comparison to others in it's catagory. It was also reassuring to me that Todd, feeling confident with a 'repeat customer', still used every bit of information available to assure me that I was making the best choice of the right vehicle for my needs & lifestyle. I'm not sure if it is the depressed economy, but the purchase price was so reasonable, I thought they made a mistake...but,thankfully, it was the correct price!!! My monthly payments are now $50.00 lower per month than my trade-in was!!! Todd had told me that the car I had purchased last year would hold it's value,,Once again, he was right!! I highly reccommend Wilde Lexus & their super salesman, Todd Brown.. Thanks, Todd!

I had the pleasure of picking up my new IS 250...

I had the pleasure of picking up my new IS 250 convertible yesterday, and was reminded of how professional and courteous everyone at Wilde Lexus is, especially salesman Tom McOmber. There was no unpleasant haggling, just straightforward and fair discussion of the new car price and the value of my trade-in. The new car was cleaned and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up, and Tom was prepared with the paperwork and a full explanation of all the car's features and functions. I was smiling from ear-to-ear when I drove away in my new car. Tom and Wilde Lexus know how to exceed customer expectations and make the entire experience one to remember fondly. Naturally, I intend to repeat that experience the next time that I am in the market for a new car. Tom and Wilde Lexus have earned my lifetime loyalty.
