Our sales person Jim Lally was so kind to spend a great deal of his time showing us around and intorducing us to everyone. I always return to this dealership whenever I'm thinking about buying a car. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealer over the years and have never had a problem. I recently purchased a vehicle from salesman Todd Brown who was exceptional in his salesmanship. Todd was respectful, polite, courteous and professional. I can't say enough about him. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my evaluation of the cars. He was not pushy and was in fact quite patient with me. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Chez has been great to work with. We bought a XF Supercharged Jaguar from him in May 2008 and we absolutely love it! Since then, we have visited the dealership a few times and he has always been friendly and helpful, and the same goes for the rest of the staff!

I found a used car I was looking for on-line through my credit union's auto adviser program. The car happened to be at Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. My auto adviser put me in contact with Patrick Chartrand at Wilde, and thanks to him, the whole trade-in and purchase experience was nearly painless. In fact, it is one of the most stress-free car purchases I've ever made. Patrick clearly explained the whole purchase process and stayed with us from test drive to handing us the keys. Wilde did a great job of detailing the car before I arrived and it looked exactly as described and pictured on their website. The fact that they had a link to the car's CarFax report was also fantastic. Thanks to the auto adviser program, this was a haggle-free experience that I won't forget. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and am enjoying driving my new (used) car. It's quite apparent that Wilde takes great pains to create long-term relationships with their customers. I was in the market for a reliable used vehicle to accommodate my family's needs while I was away for an extended period of time for business.
