From my punctual airport pick up at the airport arranged by Robert Martin to his multi hour attention getting all the "t's crossed and i's dotted" of an out-of-state-sale, his expertness and pleasant demeanor in that process, as well as showing the car and explaining it's features made a really positive impression. The condition, beauty, and condition of the car was better than even advertised.

I have bought a few cars from Wilde Jaguar/Land Rover and the process has always been pleasant. My latest purchase with Elias as my salesman was exceptionally good. He truly wants to be sure you are happy with the car you select and your experience at the dealership. Elias was very good at coordinating after sale details that included some paint touch ups with Jose (who was great also) and a few minor service issues. Toby is always excellent in service and and is exceedingly accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about Elias, Toby and Jose. There is no concern with “the car is off the lot” mentality. Elias establishes relationships with his customers which encourages repeat business. I will continue to return for future vehicle purchases and Elias will be my salesman. Several weeks back I bought a certified preowned Jaguar F Pace from Ken I.. Since Day 1 he, his manager Zac and Bob in service have been responsive and friendly. On day 1 immediately after I pulled out of their dealership, the SUV experienced steering/front end issues along with other issues. I immediately called Ken and he said "not to worry, they will take care of the issues". Over a short period of time, they fixed all of the issues while I had a loaner from them. In closing, Ken, Zac and Bob work great as a team. Given the experience that I have had so far, I would recommend buying a vehicle from Ken and the Wilde team. There is a very good chance I will buy a Range Rover from Ken this year.
