Michelle lane, was the best!

Michelle lane, was the best! After buying new Range Rovers from Fields. I will now look at Sarasota at Jaguar Sarasota for my new car needs. I had a blow out Friday, 17 night and had it towed to Jaguars Sarasota as I did not have a spare. MS Lane called me Saturday morning, told me there was a recall she whould take care of and made sure my tire was fixed. I was out the door by noon and could not speak highly of her service. Overall the purchase experience was good.

Overall the purchase experience was good. Finance (Jason) was excellent. Felt the salesman Aeman was rushing us and did not follow up to ask if we needed anything further. He did call, but only to make sure that the closing went through in a timely manner. Interaction with the service department was excellent. We look forward to having our car serviced there in the future.

Overall the experience was fine.

Overall the experience was fine. I expected more with the dealership being Jaguar /Land Rover, but regardless of the brand-people are people and there’s always room for improvement. The experience of buying a used vehicle was good up until financing. Where the representative felt like he had to insult us to sell us on the product, which I think is desperate attempt to make a sale. As someone in the service industry, I would never insult or put down my client to convince them to get something that is going to protect their investment. Most people know that financing takes a while and so for our experience to have taken the longest time with that negative person, put a sour taste in the overall purchase. Buying a car should always feel fun and exciting and somewhere it’s become stressful felt like a rip off and even the most luxurious brands are lacking in their ability to deliver an experience. Luckily, the service manager at the end, recovered the overall sale with just being a genuinely kind and courteous person respectful of our needs and willingness to go a little further and provide customer service.

Sales and financial personnel are professional.

Sales and financial personnel are professional. Facility is clean. Service is prompt and efficient. Philips personal visit was extremely helpful and appreciated.

We bought a car today from this dealership. Kat was our salesperson. She was awesome. She was so helpful, answered all our questions, was a jack of all trades and was so kind and helpful. She is a real gem and a definite prize employee for this dealership.

We loved the car and the young man that was our salesman

We loved the car and the young man that was our salesman but after that, it was a horrible experience, being lied to multiple times. They don’t want to actually sell you a car if they don’t add on a bunch of fees!

Not impressed with the service department!

Not impressed with the service department! They should make sure that ALL customers leave with 2 keys to their purchased vehicle! It would safe the consumer at least $500 in the future!
