I brought my car in for an oil change and it happened to

I brought my car in for an oil change and it happened to be time for my 30,000 mile update. Lisa Hibbard was a joy to work with as usual. It took a phone call her to to get the appointment set up, not her fault. Everything went well, except I was a little disappointed in the way my brand new tires looked. And the rims had a white substance on them. Really noticed it when I got home. The tires are great and the car rides fine. They just don’t look very pretty for brand new tires.

The service is always fairly fast and I am usually not

The service is always fairly fast and I am usually not “sold” items that aren’t necessary, but this visit I had both a salesman try to get me to trade in my car and also had a solicitor try to sell me a new windshield. I don’t any either of these to happen when I come in.

I was treated well, with courtesy. Jason was a great sales advisor. He was not pushy and provided a solid proposed deal. He listened and offered what I asked for.

I love the whole dealership.

I love the whole dealership. I used to drive a luxury car. Love my Honda CRV. This is my first service on it. They were able to get me in the day of.. Easy process. I think I drink too much coffee, but great experience

Everything was really good until the sale was made.

Everything was really good until the sale was made. I’ve called and tried multiple times to talk to the finance person about an ACH payment that I authorized that was never taken from my account, but haven’t been called back yet. Additionally, my purchase needed to be serviced and the salesman doesn’t give me any updates and continuously never knows anything about the status of my vehicle after I reach out to him for an update. I would not have purchased the vehicle at this location if I knew the followup was going to be this poor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to purchase a car from this dealership with how I’ve been treated. Just do what you said you were going to do and update me along the way. That’s not too much to ask because I work in sales so I understand the sales process. Hopefully everything will be completed as promised, but I’m not confident at all that it will be.
