I am highly satisfied with the sales and service I received. My vehicle was towed in on Memorial Day, and thanks to Jessica and her mechanics, the issue was resolved the same day.

If you look up "customer service" in the dictionary, you will see a picture of Joe Cordaro. Every time I have interacted with him, I felt like he had my interests and concerns in mind and bent over backwards to make sure I was well served. He makes it easy for me to give Honda money--which his bosses better appreciate.

Dishod and Jorge were both terrific very attentive. Explained everything. Made sure that I understood, took their time. Finance was very automated. Although I realize that the department itself is very cut and dry, it certainly was the boring end to a long process. And I had to call back because I never received anything from them. No flash drive, no paperwork.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. We look forward to working with him again.

Although he forgot to give me my receipt after I paid the bill, he was terrific in every other way!

There was a mix up with my car repair time table. I was there from 8am to 1pm and brake job not started. Lisa apologized and used uber to get me home. Car was done by 3pm. Lisa did a great job.
