Kurt was attentive, responsive and informative. I drove to the dealership from central PA on Saturday, test drove it and purchased my Lexus LS500 F Sport on the spot. Minimal paperwork. Thank you Kurt!

I had solidified a deal with Rafael Garcia in sales
I had solidified a deal with Rafael Garcia in sales during the course of 8 days on a 2014 Audi RS5 that had been sitting at Maserati of Washington for over 5 months. We had discussed the trade in, applied and got approval for financing, and they even rejected a security deposit to hold the car (I am over 9 hours away). To add insult to injury, a friend and I re-arranged our entire weekend as well as put new tires on my trade-in to make this deal happen. On Friday evening before leaving for a 9 hour road trip, I received a text that the car was sold. Upon calling the dealership, the GM, Khoa Tran, abruptly and unapologetically said, "We don't take deposits. It’s an unfortunate circumstance." What an unprofessional and unprecedentedly terrible way to do business. Not surprising as you can read it in numerous other negative reviews online as well.

BEWARE of EXTREMELY UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES!
BEWARE of EXTREMELY UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICES! I helped my son solidify a deal with Rafael Garcia in sales during the course of an entire week on an Audi RS5 that had been sitting at their dealership for over 5 months. They discussed the trade in, had him apply for financing and even rejected a security deposit to hold the car (we are 9 hours away). To add insult to injury, my son and a friend re-arranged their entire weekend and put new tires on his trade in to make this deal happen. On Friday evening before leaving for a 9 hour road trip, he received a text that the car was "sold". Upon calling the dealership, the GM, Khoa Tran simply abruptly and unapologetically said, "We don't take deposits." What an unprofessional way to do business. Not surprising as you can read it in numerous other negative reviews online as well. DO NOT BUY from this money hungry dealership with a lack of character and integrity. We will be filing with the FTC, State Attorney Generals Office, BBB and Google as well.

I purchase a pre-owned Ghibli from Maserati of Washington
I purchase a pre-owned Ghibli from Maserati of Washington recently. It was an extremely disappointing experience. It was my first time buying a Maserati and both the salesman and the dealership GM, lied to me numerous times, while being very unresponsive to my inquires, after purchase and they still had the car in their possession. At the time of purchase, the salesman told me of a few minor things that needed to be fixed on the car. All of which are required to be fixed by their own standard CPO certification. I stated that I did not want to sign the "we don't owe you anything form" given these required fixes but, he lied and said I couldn't have the car or that price if I didn't sign. The salesman, nor the GM, would show me the CPO checklist however, I did get a copy of it 2 weeks later after fighting for it. They delivered the car to me, I only had it for about 3 days when I discovered something wrong with the heating/AC which I learned later had been a major issue with the engine of which they were aware all along and never should have given me the car. They took the car back again. The CPO checklist clearly states there were zero issues with the car and new the service order clearly shows there were numerous issues with the car despite what the salesman told me and what was recorded on the CPO checklist. Both the GM, the service department manager and the salesman, consistently lied to me in order to get me in the car and keep it. The GM was exteremly rude, took zero responsibility for the actions of his salesman, and told me inccorect information. Not to mention, they tried to pull one over on me after purchase related to the price, stating is was "the application system's fault" and that it "estimated wrong". DO NOT BUY HERE.

Services Not Rendered
My wife and I have brought our Levante to Maserati of Washington for service and maintenance for the past few years. After a series of lack luster customer service experiences with the service department, we decided to bring our Levante to another area Maserati dealership. During the inspection and service by the other area Maserati dealership we learned that the services that we had paid Maserati of Washington to complete multiple times in the past year likely were never completed and that the maintenance services that were performed likely weren’t the maintenance services that I needed. I cannot speak about the sales department but I can confidently say that I no longer trust their service department. I will no longer be being my Levante to Maserati of Washington for maintenance and definitely will not consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

The mileage was not as advertised on the car. I was told...
The mileage was not as advertised on the car. I was told human error occurred. The mileage was 4K over what was advertised. The car had major defects and they were not willing to repair the issues before the purchase of the Maserati. They decided not to sell me the car. I guess they will sell a defective car to someone else. They also told me the car had a bumper to bumper warranty! I offered full price no negotiation. I guess they want to keep their cars. I am not happy. I feel like I wasted my time.

Terrific Maserati Service!
I have used the Maserati service department since I bought the car new at that dealership about 11 years ago. During that time they have performed high quality service and the car still looks and drives like a new car. In particular, BRIAN KENNEDY as my service advisor has been outstanding in reviewing the entire car, focusing on safety and performance and ensuring that the work is performed at a reasonable cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
