Deceiving

I had a bad experience, Andrés sales person was nice and professional and for that I have one star. Now for the finance manager Changa Rooker was very dishonest and forced me into 3 services that I made clear I don't need and did not want. So after I got home looking into the papers in a seal envelope. The second page of the itemized contract was not giving to me and after some phone, emails and going my self back to dealer on Monday 13, June 2022 I was able to get the missing page just to find out there was the 3 services added to my final bill. So I had to cancel the extended warranty, G.A.P, I was able to cancel it but the refund should be available in 45 days. The Caltex Assitall is 1822.00 plus tax, extended warranty 3,500 plus tax, the gap insurance 955.00 plus tax so adding all this is a lot. This has been really sad and stress with insomnia and arm pain, even had tingling face. I have pics of everything and also I placed complaint to Hyundai corporation, Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General plus I'm a Chaplain of USA. They also charge for items not in car like, Solar guard tint, Door edge guard and they charge me twice for wheel locks. They are sneaky and what goes around comes around. I've taken this very serious and personal I will contact a Chaplain friend how is manager a the click2houston news. I will make them regret this stealing my money like that I'm the under sun every day working so hard sweating burning my skin to take care of 3 kids and wife......let me update you I received a call from Mr.Rooker and said if I don't get the money to them he will call the police on me. Wow they owe me 7,101.12 of stuff I did not want and refuse but still anyway I called 6/17 to talk to Jesse Valdez and guess what he refuse to talk to me........

Excellent Service

I always have great experience here first due to two great persons I know and they are Craig Murrell and Armando in the service Department. I have known them for many years and they provide excellent service every time I visit. Please keep them in this Dealership. This is one of the reasons I come and do my services here .

Horrible customer service

I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time, 8am for a oil change and tire rotation. My advisor Joseph, told me it'll be ready in 2 hours. I used the rideshare program to go home. I called the dealership at 11:47am, well over two hours, to check on the status of my car. My car was still NOT ready. They told me it'll be ready in another hour. One hour passed and still no call. I called back again at 1:10pm, they told me the car was ready, at this point i wondered were they going to call me to let me know my car was ready. I waited for the Lyft to return to the dealership. All services come with a complimentary car wash and vacuum. When i arrived at the dealership i asked Joseph if my car was vacuumed. He said yes it should be. I get my car and saw that a mediocre job of vacuuming was done. To begin they only vacuum half of the car. The back was not vacuum at all and the front was barely vacuumed. Customer service is horrible. I did not get any updates about my car throughout the day, unless i was calling.

GREAT WORK

I've spent over 100,000 dollars with this dealership. I bought 8 cars in the last 12 years. I loved Aubrey Cook as the Service manager. But the new Service Manager Craig Murrell is more than fair and easy to talk to. The General Manager Jesse Valdez is also a good man to deal with. The Service advisor Armando is always professional and greets you with a smile.

Great Service/Customer Service

Its time for an oil change. I scheduled my appointment for today May 16th 2022 for 8:00am. I let them know that I would be waiting at the dealership while the service was being performed. My vehicle was taken back a little after 8:00 & about 9:15 they were done. I appreciate that they valued my time and I didn't have to spend several hours waiting. The Service crew was live @ 8:00 and ready to work. Thank you

Happy customer!

Everyone was friendly…My service advisor Mark was awesome! Very thorough communication, addressed all my concerns-did not do any work prior to my approval and was helpful for recommending what to prepare for in the next service appointment. Good customer service. High 5!! Only thing not up to par-Not his fault-the cleaning crew didn’t vacuum the back/trunk of my car :(

Excellent all the way through.

Was in the market for 2022 Hyundai Palisade. This dealership unlike the ones closer to me didn’t charge markup above MSRP (no mark-up) in current market situation. That alone was a great plus b/c one dealership closer to me was marking up by $8000. I had excellent customer service from all three of these persons from initial phone contact through to sale, finance and drive out: Reception: Ms. Amanda M. Salesman: Mr. Sam Zeitouneh Finance: Mr. Changamire (Chang) Rooker It was a no pressure experience all the way through. When I even inquired about swapping rims from a recently traded in model (I liked that style better) they were willing to try to make it happen. I ended up not doing the swap but they were willing to try and did so happily. I’m glad I found this dealership and salesperson via a referral from someone who recently purchased two cars from sterling McCall Hyundai South Loop. I work closer to this location and look forward to doing my services here as well.

The service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me how to change the battery in my key fob myself and explained the work my car needs.
