Great Service at the right price.
Found the low mileage car at the lowest price when everyone else was asking exorbitant amounts. Process was simple and efficient. I'll definitely come back to see Gregg for the families next vehicle.

Good buying experence
Picked out vehicle on the dealer web site, went for a test drive and left. Did internet searches as to true market value, etc. Returned to dealer, met with Kyle, Internet manager. Kyle was very accommodating, provider all dealer invoice information without hesitation. We came to a price I was satisfied with and purchase the truck. Kyle worked very hard to get me a price I was satisfied with. Recommend going to Danny Len Buick/ GMC in Mt Dora and working with Kyle. Eddie

Excellent Dealership
I was dreading having to trade in my car and get a new one. The process is usually such a pain. I went to Buick GMC and Kyle Fancher helped me with that journey. He was very attentive and actually LISTENED to me (unlike most salesman that just look to sell) He directed me straight to the car I had been looking for and I completely fell in love with it. There were just a few minor cosmetic touches I had planned on doing when I got that car (like remove the tint from the back window) and he even paid attention to that because when I came back to pick the car up, it was already done. The whole process from beginning to end was so smooth. Even signing the paperwork wasn't a hassle. I had all the paperwork signed and the keys in my hand within an hour. If I have to help anyone find a new vehicle..... The first person/place I send them to will be Kyle at Buick GMC. WONDERFUL PLACE

Great family owned dealership!
Best car buying experience I have ever had! The owner and his son appraised my car. How many other dealerships can say that these days?? Also, they don't have a dealer fee! Again that is unlike any other dealership! I just can't say enough about how nice the people are. Especially my salesman Kyle and the owners Rodney and Matt!

no hassle sales
A funny thing happened on my way to buy a Honda, I stopped by the Buick dealership and bought an Enclave. I'm new to the area but I was treated like family. No pressure, no hassle from sales to finance to meeting the owner. In nearly 50 years of buying cars this was the best experience I have ever had. It was a fair deal all around. The salesman, Tony, a man of his word.

Very Insulting and Not Dealmakers!
We visited the dealership (from out of state) after finding a potential vehicle via autotrader. We were insulted by the Finance Manager while discussing the taxes from out of state and how they are handled. He essentially called us liars and laughed at us (along with the salesman). There was never any offer to see what it would take to earn their business, and the attitude was the worst I've ever seen with a car dealership. I hope the ownership takes a careful look at their staff.

Outstanding Dealership
Excellent shopping experience. Traveled from out of town for an Avalanche and Mr. Brian Finnegan was waiting for us ten minutes prior to my appointment time, offered refreshments , the vehicle I was looking to purchase was sitting in front of his office for me to look and test drive, and best of all price was as advertised. The staff involved in the transaction was great and made car buying the easiest ever. We were in and out of the dealership with the vehicle we came to get in less than an hour and a half. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Also recomend you ask for Mr. Brian Finnegan he took really good care of our family going out of the way even comminicating with us on his day off to make sure he meet all of our needs.
